Tutto perfetto
Pros:

Mi sono trovata benissimo a Villa Gaia. La struttura è molto bella, pulita e accogliente, in una posizione comoda vicino al mare e facilmente raggiungibile da Portoferraio.
Il giardino è curato e rilassante, perfetto per trascorrere momenti di tranquillità. La colazione era davvero buonissima.
Il personale è stato sempre super gentile e disponibile.

Pulizia, accoglienza, relax. Consiglio vivamente.
Pros:

Struttura a pochi km da Portoferraio e a pochi passi dalla spiaggia e dal Castello del Volterraio. Parcheggio privato per auto e moto all’interno della proprietà, non recintato e non riservabile, ma ci si sta tutti. Camera non enorme ma accogliente e molto pulita, con bagno funzionale e sufficientemente ampio. Personale gentilissimo e soprattutto una colazione semplice ma sorprendentemente buona, molti cibi sicuramente preparati da loro.

Cons:

Tutto perfetto, anzi implementerei con un servizio aperitivo anche semplice all’ora del tramonto, anche con cestino take away magari da degustare in cima al Volterraio, da cui si godono tramonti incredibili.
Unica cosa, migliorare la visibilità in entrata, magari con un’insegna luminosa, specie la sera. Essendo l’ingresso (un po’ strettino) in una curva, spesso ci si passa davanti superandolo.

Ottimo soggiorno, posizione strategica per Portoferrario e tutta l'Elba.
Pros:

Posizione stupenda, relax, parcheggio comodo e zona molto tranquilla.
Eravamo due motociclisti e ci siamo trovati benissimo. La colazione buonissima (salato al momento, brioche calde).
Letti comodi e stanza OK. SELF checkin super apprezzato dal momento che abbiamo perso il traghetto per un imprevisto (ho bucato) e siamo arrivati all'1.00 di notte.

Cons:

Forse non sarebbe stato male trovare due bottiglie d'acqua all'arrivo.
Un po' pericoloso l'ingresso essendo poco segnalato (consiglio di mettere cartelli più grandi e qualche specchio per l'uscita in strada).

Pros:

In posizione ottimale per visitare tutta l’isola, Villa Gaia con la sua tranquillità ti permette di trascorrere il soggiorno in perfetto relax!
Camera pulita e luminosa, con accesso indipendente e con un piccolo giardino davanti, con sedie e tavolo a disposizione, ad uso esclusivo degli ospiti della camera.
Ottima colazione, sia dolce che salata, con tutti prodotti freschi e casalinghi.
Molto apprezzato il frigorifero e bollitore in camera.
A conduzione familiare, i proprietari molto gentili e disponibili.
Se torniamo all’Elba sicuramente soggiorneremo di nuovo qui!!!

Ho apprezzato la semplicità.

Pros:

Das Zimmer war sauber und unser Hund war erlaubt. Parkplatz war für unseren Bus groß genug und über die Straße ging ein weg zum Strand.

Cons:

Die Zimmer waren sehr hellhörig, sodassder Fernseher und das schnarchen vom Zimmer nebenan so zu hören waren, daß man meinen konnte es wäre in unserem.
Das Frühstück war spärlich und z.b. pancakes oder Rührei wurde in der Mikrowelle erwärmt.
