Pros:

I would like to share some feedback regarding my recent stay, particularly concerning two points that I believe deserve your attention.

At around 11:00 AM, I received a call from the reception asking me to check out as another guest was waiting for the room. I explained that I would be ready to check out at 11:45 AM.

I was surprised by this request, as I believe the hotel’s arrangements for incoming guests should not result in asking a current guest to leave earlier than the agreed check-out time. I would appreciate clarification on how such situations are normally handled.

I would also like to mention the condition of the garbage bins. Unfortunately, several of them were in a condition that was unpleasant to look at and did not reflect the level of cleanliness and housekeeping that I would expect from the hotel.

I am sharing these comments in the hope that they will be taken constructively and help improve the guest experience.
