Hotel Cais

Too noisy,
The room was not what we booked as advertised in booking.com. Fresh pain...the smell of pain was strong . The room was obviously been renovated. No curtains and the window was right over the hotel exterior lighting. They had to call the electrician to finish connecting the lights to the switch....not restful.

No kettle

Thin mattress on bed . Toilet not flushing , shower fixtures detached from wall while showering . Drab and unappealing

Lo primero no había nadie en recepción, había que gestionarlo el check in por teléfono, habitación muy pequeña para lo caro que es.

Todo genial

La habitación 102 es excesivamente pequeña, no te puedes mover.
La chica de recepción todo el día sentada en el sofá de recepción viendo el móvil

There is no receptionist.Some guests were waiting 30-60 minutes for check-in.if you wanna something you have to call the Man who cannt speak good english. You can text him on WhatsApp but he answear very slowly but friendly. The hotel was very noise. You can hear everything from the other rooms.

Bed staat helemaal in de hoek van de kamer, kraan in het bad valt bijna uit de muur. Badkamer is bijzonder dringend aan vervanging toe.

Clean, dirty, there's no TV, no remote control! There's no place to hang clothes or towels after the bath. Hotels usually have a mini bar or a mini fridge, but there's nothing here. Crooked picture on the wall, plastic flowers not of the first freshness

No elevator and no air conditioning. While the location was great for restaurants, that also made it noisy if you opened the window and it was too hot not too. We bought a fan for our second night and it was better. No real staff on site so communication is difficult.

Нам попалась не самая удачная комната, с окнами выходящими во двор, с оживленной улицей и ресторанами, хотя брали этот отель исключительно что бы посмотреть на воду. Ожидания не совпали с реальностью.
