There was a dirty item of clothing from a previous guest on the floor. Shower was difficult to control a reasonable temoerature. No kettle in room. TV remote wasnt working. Climate control wasnt working.

The hotel’s location is convenient, with Battersea Park within easy walking distance and good public transport connections into central London. These were the only positive aspects of my stay.
The Executive Studio Apartment did not match the standard advertised. The room was listed as having air conditioning, but no functioning air-conditioning system was available. During exceptionally hot weather, the room became extremely uncomfortable because the windows could not be opened and ventilation was poor. I experienced significant sleep deprivation over two nights as a result.
There were also maintenance concerns, including a leaking bathroom ceiling, drainage problems and an unstable shower door. What was most disappointing, however, was the way my complaint was handled. Instead of receiving a constructive and professional response, I was met with unnecessary hostility during checkout. Although the hotel later acknowledged several service failures and promised a management investigation, I never received the findings that had been promised. Overall, the accommodation did not reflect the standard advertised, and the complaint handling did not restore my confidence.
