Pros:

Upon arrival Jay the member of staff was as helpful as he could be. The room was spacious and we had a large wet room bathroom. Very convenient location and surprisingly quiet. Nice underground parking.

Cons:

Odd situation with parking where you call a number and have to wait up to 40 mins for the gate to open. Nowhere to stop outside the hotel either so don't drive here. Room needed some tlc, lots of broken parts in our 'executive studio' room which we paid extra for. Window is bolted shut and the AC wasn't working on the hottest night of the year. Strange smell in the room perhaps from the kitchenette.

Absolutely shocking experience - was not value for money nor a pleasant stay~!!!!!!!

I used the hotel carpark - this was a joke. Secured by gates, waited 10mins for someone to let me in, then the door to the hotel from the carpark was locked waited another 10 mins for someone to let me in (called reception numerous times during this period and no one answered. Took 30mins for someone to open the gate to let me out the carpark - even after speaking to someone on reception, after they finally answered my call. Toilet constantly leaked in the room, they actually knew this was a problem and they had folded 2 x towels up underneath it prior to my arrival - this room should never of been let out!

Perfect for our visit to Chelsea Flower Show
Pros:

Room was comfortable with great amenities. Great having the kitchen area to hand. Shower was amazing!

Cons:

The only negative was there wasn’t a long mirror in the room.

It was handy for location and cost

Location was good for where we had booked for the evening, Battersea Park and Power Station are a short walk away

Cons:

We did ask the receptionist for a new fan as ours didnt work, he came and looked at it then left after confirming it didnt work. Wasnt very good really

Our room will need some attention before new clients can be admitted to match the advertised pictures.

It would s very Central in Battersea and close to a busstop

Cons:

No working aircon
A fan was provided but it was inadequate in the heat. Hardly any fresh air since window cannot open more than 15 cm approximately.
Dirty floors we had to clean it before entering
Unit needs attention with chipped wood
Old stained basin
Bathroom water difficult to regulate temperature

Cons:

could not have shower or wash in sink as the water was boiling impossible to touch and dangerous. Had to abandon shower on first night tried next morning and reported to desk at 7am nothing done. air con didnt work, draw missing just really poor.
