فندق جميل ومرافقه نظيفة، وهادئ، والغرفة واسعة، والإفطار متنوع. وأتقدم بالشكر إلى الأخت ريم الحارثية على رقي التعامل وحسن الإستقبال.

“لقد كانت تجربتي في هذا الفندق رائعة بكل المقاييس، حيث يجمع بين جودة الخدمات وروعة الأجواء. أود أن أعبر عن خالص امتناني وتقديري للموظفة الحارثية في قسم الاستقبال، فقد أظهروا مستوى عاليًا من الاحترافية والاهتمام بالتفاصيل، وكانوا مثالًا للتعاون واللطف في التعامل. إن حرصهم على راحة النزلاء يعكس صورة مشرّفة للفندق ويجعل الإقامة فيه تجربة لا تُنسى. شكراً لهم ولإدارة الفندق على هذا التميز.”

الفندق جميل ونظيف جدا
تعامل الاستقبال لم يكن جيدا ( لا اقصد التعميم )
حجزي كان يتضمن غرفة مطله على المول وكذلك قمت بطلب سرير أطفال مجاناً ولكن الواقع الغرفة مختلفه وسرير الاطفال تم رفض توفيره لي قبل دفع قيمته على الرغم من طلبي اياه مجاناً من بوكنج ولكن الموظف قال يجب ان تدفع اولاً وبعد نقاش طويل اخبرني بالتحدث من الاداره ولكن لا توجد ادارة في ذلك الوقت المتأخر من الليل.. وعند تسجيلي للخروج اخبروني بأن لديهم 3 انواع من الاسرة للأطفال وأحدها مجاناً ولكن كانت حجتهم بإنني لم احدد لهم ماذا اريد على الرغم من أن الثلاثة أنواع هي ( سرير أطفال)
المكان جميل جداً والمرافق نظيفه يعني كل شي جميل..
جنب الفندق يوجد مبنى قيد الانشاء بصراحه الصباح ازعاج.
