Exceptional hospitality, amazing people, and a hotel I will always return to! ❤️
Pros:

Our stay at Ayder Palazzo Hotel was absolutely wonderful, but what made it truly unforgettable was the incredible team! The staff are some of the kindest, warmest, and most helpful people we have ever met. Every single request was handled with genuine care, kindness, and a willingness to go above and beyond. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they always did everything possible to make us feel comfortable and welcome.

Their exceptional hospitality made us feel truly special. You can tell that these wonderful people put their hearts into their work, and that is something you simply cannot fake.

A huge thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable! You made our trip to Kaçkar even more beautiful. I am already looking forward to coming back, and whenever I return to Ayder, this is the ONLY hotel I will choose! ❤️

Cons:

No complaints at all! Everything was wonderful, and the entire team deserves the highest praise for their exceptional hospitality.
