Pros:

Locatie frumoasa,curata ,personal amabil ,oricand gata sa te ajute,restaurant . Cafea buna la micul dejun.

Cons:

Micul dejun ar putea fi imbunatatit cu produse de o calitate mai buna .
Cafeaua foarte buna la micul dejun dar e un singur aparat care merge extrem de lent si dureaza destul de mult mai ales daca hotelul este plin.

Começam com o café da manhã tardio às 8 horas da manhã. Não tem tostadeira para pão, café da manhã bem pobre! Restaurante com cerveja não gelada. Colchão das camas mole!

Pros:

Alles wirklich Top. Super nettes Personal. Alles sehr sauber und ordentlich. Das Spa haben wir nicht genutzt. Ich bin mir aber sicher, dass auch das super ist. Ich habe eine hohe Messlatte da ich selbst aus der Hotellerie komme und ich kann dieses Haus sehr empfehlen. Frühstück und Abendessen war auch sehr lecker und das Personal sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.

Cons:

Das beste Hotel auf unserem Roadtrip.

Cons:

We got a dirty room with hairs in the shower, the guy in the reception was not super helpful as he was not aware of a lot of stuff

One day at the gym someone brought us dirty towels, the pictures are different vs the reality

Pros:

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel is very new, especially the spa. The dinner restaurant had great food and wine. The location is beautiful and the rooms were comfortable.

Cons:

Unfortunately despite a no smoking sign on the door, the restaurant is very smelly and has people smoking in it constantly, including staff. The breakfast is okay but the coffee is really terrible! Also you have to ask to have the jacuzzi on in the spa, which wasn't obvious.

Schönes Hotel mit tollem Empfang und guter Lage
Pros:

Das Hotel ist super gelegen. Die Dame am Empfang extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück reichlich und gut. Zimmer sehr sauber und wunderschöne Aussicht.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hotel Lago! The first thing that strikes you is the incredible, breathtaking view of Lake Ohrid—it’s truly one of the best views you can find in the area.
The rooms are huge and very comfortable. If you want to treat yourself, I highly recommend booking the suite with the jacuzzi on the balcony; it was definitely the highlight of our trip and worth every penny.
Beyond the facilities, what truly sets this hotel apart is the staff. The entire reception team was professional and welcoming, but a special, huge thanks goes to Andrej. He was much more than just "nice"—he went above and beyond to be helpful and attentive to everything we needed. He made us feel at home and handled every request with a fantastic service-oriented attitude.
Highly recommended for anyone visiting North Macedonia!
