I enjoyed my stay at the moorville hotel it was clean the staff was polite & helpful the staff offered breakfast for

Comfortable, friendly helpful staff reasonably priced
Pros:

Clean, very reasonable for the location

Cons:

Had to run around shower to get wet and temp took several minutes to get warm, shower gel holder empty glad I brought my own, bed very squeaky, hotel being refurbed so quite dilapidated exterior

It was quiet

One of the rooms had a chunk missing out of the bath, it got dead hot really quick in the room even with the windows wide open

Pros:

The staff were exemplary, Julie in particular couldn’t do enough ,she was happy , courteous and informative from the time we arrived through to when we checked out !
Ten out of ten

Cons:

The venue itself is fabulous , just a little tired . I believe it has recently been taken over and the new management are planning renovations. Hopefully this will be extensive and the building will realise its true potential .
