The person overseeing the pool, the only nice helpful person in this hotel.
The sauna was closed, the whirlpool was dirty the people working at reception were rude and could not give a fly.
В ресторанта изглежда сервитьорките си вършеха работата добре, винаги всичко беше пълно и заредено.Камериерките също- стаята беше чиста и подредена, при молба за нещо допълнително се отреагира веднага.
!!10€ паркинг за гости на хотела!!При въпрос дали може да ни дадат още една ключ карта, защото сме двама отговора беше !“Пълни сме”! Никаква адекватна комуникация гост-служител. Банята освен че ставаше вир вода след всяко ползване се усещаше и спарингясала и спаружена миризма дори когато вратата е затворена. Коридорът вони на цигари, мухъл и химикали от басейна в който не се стои повече от 1мин. защото няма никакъв кислород.
Завтрак очень хороший,было все,.всегда было все свежее, большой выбор,много выпечки. Все очень чисто.
Bardzo dobre śniadanie w porównaniu do innych hoteli które wynajmowałem w innych krajach. Zaciekawiło mnie, że na śniadaniach oprócz chleba byl chleb w jajku xD
Mogło być więcej tłumaczen z cyrylicy na przynajmniej język angielski np na basenie.
Локацията е много удобна - идвайки от магистралата, влизаш в града, правиш един обратен завой, и си там. Персоналът беше страхотен, стаите бяха супер, всичко беше на ниво :)
Цената е височка, и някои от кърпите имаха петна по тях. Паркингът потенциално може да бъде проблем, нямат много места.
Всичко беше много добре
Закуската беше богата, хотела на удобно място и бързо се стигаше до Морската градина и до центъра на града.Аз съм ползвала услугите на хотела преди доста време ,много ни хареса !

Няма нещо което да не ми хареса! Чисто,уютно,много спокойно!Може би паркинга трябва да е по-голям ,но проблема с паркоместата е всеобщ - не само на хотела, но и на град Бургас , както и на повечето големи градове!
В тази посока трябва да мислят градоначалниците на големите градове във връзка с презастрояването им и все по-голямата урбанизация!
