Pros:

We do appreciate breakfast and above all, The staff was very professional, attentive and friendly. They made our stay very pleasant, we keep them warmly in our hearts, especially Mr Zhu, Ms Zhi Mei and Mr Lee Wen JIe.

Overall my experience was good.
Pros:

Room services were quite okay. The staff was so nice. It was a prime location.

Cons:

I think they can try to set at least one English known attendant to the lobby for all the time.
