Wir haben am Morgen des Anreisetages erfahren, dass wir am Abreisetag bereits um 7.00 Uhr am Flughafen sein mussten und somit kein Frühstück in Anspruch nehmen konnten. Nach mehrmaligen Nachfragen konnte keine Erstattung erfolgen, obwohl es ein a la carte Frühstück ist mit einem typischen australischen Frühstücksgericht und einem Kaffee. Man wollte Rücksprache mit dem Manager halten, ob man eventuell noch etwas machen kann. Leider haben wir kein Feedback erhalten.
Wir hatten für zwei Nächte die Parkgarage gebucht und auch bezahlt. Am sehr frühen Morgen am Abreisetag kamen wir allerdings nicht mit unserem Pin aus der Garage und mussten noch einmal 38 AUD zahlen. Wir habe es dem Nachtportier gesagt und darum gebeten uns die 38 AUD zurückzuerstatten. Auch hier musste erst der Manager gefragt werden, ob dies möglich ist. Wir sollten unsere Mailadresse mit dem Zahlungsbeleg an der Rezeption abgeben. Dies habe wir getan, allerdings ebenfalls wieder keine Rückmeldung erhalten.
