Highly recommended for budget room
Pros:

Close to the center, good price and nice clean room worthy of the money. Nice view from the room, even saw the northern lights from there. Great service from the host and fast contact.

A comfortable winter stay
Pros:

We had a great stay. The room was really big, perfectly warm, large kitchen that had everything we needed.

Cons:

The pillows could do with an improvement but otherwise we had a comfortable stay. You are sharing like a hostel that comes with lights being left on/ late night noise but if this doesn’t bother you then it’s a great stay.

Pros:

Many things during our trips depend on the place where we are staying. Metsa room was a wonderful place to stay, and both mornings I woke up refreshed and ready to explore Lapland, despite the jetlag( it is peculiar because I didn't feel it at all, despite the several hours difference). The energy of that apartment is charming and welcoming. We were met at the parking lot, and extra linens and a mattress were provided; even without asking, I just expressed my desire to sleep on a different bed from my mother. When we had a problem in the middle of the night, the host came to the apartment within 15 minutes and resolved our issue momentarily.
The room was warm( outside, it was -20C at night), big and spacious,  with a balcony and a view.  The beds were comfortable, and we slept very well. Super quiet, with no outside noise whatsoever. The kitchen was well equipped with a big dining table, fridge, microwave, and electric stove. There are two toilets and one shower in the apartment; soap and shower gel were provided. The apartment is located on the third floor walk up, so keep this in mind if you are elderly or disabled.
It is within walking distance of a small supermarket and bar( no food there). The bus stop is nearby as well. Overall enjoyable experience want to be back in the summer.

Everything was perfect
Pros:

Metsä room was like our own home.
Near the market and bus stop in front of the house. You can walk to the center, of course, if you like walking.

Cons:

The room could have been a little warmer
