Excellent Service & Great Customer Care
Pros:

Their service is top class. Had one of the employees unexpectedly follow me to the car to help me my luggage. Reception was very kind and helpful. Clear with all the details and information. The Edward has exceptional service, their food is great, staff members have great personalities and are very welcoming. Keep up the great work. Everything was exceptional 👌🏾 rooms cleaned on time and kept smelling fresh

Beautiful beach front hotel
Pros:

Beautiful building inside and out. Spotlessly clean. Staff 1st class in all areas at all times. Fantastic location across the road from the beach.

Cons:

We were extremely happy but if someone wanted to be in the centre of Durban city centre, tjey would maybe want a taxi which are cheap

Lovely hotel and I would choose it again!
Pros:

Really friendly and polite staff, they were so helpful. They gave us a lovely welcome and helped us to sort any problems we had with a smile. We were enabled to plan our trips with their kind help too.
The accommodation was very comfortable and it is a beautiful hotel, right on the sea front
