Francisco was very helpful. I mentioned the pillows were horribly hard, and he had them changed out for me.

Cons:

The cobblestone road out front of the hotel is loud, like really noisy. The beach is very rocky and small.

Hermosa estancia en Vallarta, volveremos.
Pros:

Qué pudimos estar juntos toda la familia, fuimos un grupo númeroso (18), la comodidad y los complementos de las habitaciones, la terraza fue excelente para poder compartir con todos y la cercanía a todo lo que necesitamos (tiendas, malecón, comida).

Cons:

Qué en esta ocasión fue solo un día el que estuvimos, nos gustaría volver y hospedarnos más días.

Francisco, the manager, was very helpful, friendly.
Pros:

Very clean. They provided free 2 bottle water, small shampoo and conditioner, bar soap, towels, 4 pillows. There is a kitchenette with some basic appliances. Loved the 2 rooftops. The place is one block from the malecón. We will return to this place.

Cons:

The noise at night from outside because the place is located near a Main Street. Also, the sewer smell that came from the sink and the shower but we fixed by placing plastic bags with water. Bring some earplugs if you are sensitive to the noise.

Cozy stay in a great location :D
Pros:

Cozy studio in a great location close to the esplanade, restaurants and beach. Well equipped and decorated studio, roof terrace is nice to chill on. Everything was great and the staff super friendly.
