Pros:

Ein sehr schönes Hotel, super schöne Zimmer, sehr nette und hilfsbereite Rezeptionisten/innen. Sehr hoher Standart. Nur momentan Baustelle rum herum.

Pros:

Very beautiful and aesthetic place. Nice breakfast and so cool gym.

Cons:

Room was not enough clean with black hair. As we asked for late check out and stuff suggested only half price of room for couple of hours. Despite we been staying 4 nights.

Trevliga rum - oprofessionell personal
Pros:

Ett otroligt vackert hotell som passar Dig som uppskattar fina miljöer.

Det var generöst med personal, varav endast två stycken var trevliga, varav en hette Alexander (!).

Cons:

Som ensamresenär kändes det respektlöst gentemot mig som gäst, när flera i personalen tog en oseriös taxichaufförs parti (han påstod bl a att hans taxameter var trasig; att 6:an var en 8:a).

När vi anlände till hotellet gav jag taxichauffören pengar + växeln tillbaka i dricks enligt taxameterns siffror. Taxichauffören protesterade argt och sa att taxametern var trasig. Han lät sedan taxametern ticka vidare (!) trots att han höll i mina pengar, under tiden jag tog fram fler sedlar ur plånboken. Sedan pekar han på taxametern igen, som visar ett ännu högre belopp eftersom han tydligen inte hade stängt av taxametern (!). Jag vägrade ge honom mer pengar och personalen tolkade det som om jag hade synpunkter på vad själva taxiresans höga belopp blev, men det hade jag inte.

Hotellpersonalen försökte medla mellan mig och chauffören men misslyckades. Flera av personalen försökte förklara för mig varför taxiresan blev dyr (de antog att jag tyckte det men det gjorde jag inte) t r o t s att jag (3ggr) förklarade det jag beskrivit här ovanför.
De lyssnade helt enkelt inte på vad jag sa utan antog att jag inte ville betala en ”dyr” taxiresa - oerhört oprofessionellt !!

Efter denna händelse var de flesta i personalen otroligt otrevliga, inklusive chefen för receptionen (!).
Jag kände mig mycket ovälkommen och illa till mods under hela vistelsen på hotellet efter incidenten samt efterföljande bemötande av personalen.
ALEXANDER var däremot en ytterst sympatisk & professionell (anställd i personalen) TACK Alexander för Ditt vänliga bemötande !!

Det blev bara EN natt och hit kommer jag definitivt inte komma tillbaka.

celý pobyt od príchodu po odchod bol vynikajúci, výborné služby, parkovacia služba, strážené parkovisko, ochotný milý personál, vynikajúce raňajky, výborný výber švédskych stolov aj a la carte, nápoje, čerstvé ovocie. veľmi príjemné bolo uvítanie s wellcome drink podľa voľby alko aj nealko, fresh juice pri príchode, v lobby stále prichystaný drink, drobné pečivo podľa chuti. určite sa radi vrátime, zvolila by som hotel Bristol Belgrade pri každej návšteve.

Cons:

bez výhrad. V okolí sa rekonštruuje, niektoré izby môžu byť hlučnejšie, na čo nás slušne a ochotne upozornili, vybrali nám tichú izbu, boli sme veľmi spokojní.
