Beautiful hotel. Perfect place to stay in Belgrade.
Pros:

The propery was beautiful. Rooms were comfy. The staff was incredible.

Cons:

There was a wedding in the dining area and our room was over the DJ. Made sleeping hard but they worked hard to accommodate us and moved us to a different and nicer room.

Pros:

Интерьер лобби и библиотеки.

Cons:

Очень плохой сервис: очень долго реагируют на все просьбы: утюг ждали 40 минут - пришлось идти в другой одежде.
Кофе на завтраке можно ждать 15-20 минут..
Ужасный a la cart ресторан. Видимо, звезды Michelin продаются в обычных магазинах.
Напротив отеля идет стройка: сначала нас пытались заселить в номер с видом на строй площадку, потом дали с видом во двор-колодец….

Постоянно работающий кондиционер ,который нельзя регулировать
На завтраке все внимание уделялось только мужчинам,ко мне и моей дочери никто не подошел,пока я сама не подошла и не попросила кофе.
Вишенкой на торте стала забытая юбка с биркой,купленная в подарок маме,которую торопясь я забыла в номере. На мои сообщения отель неоднократно отвечал,что они ничего не нашли,а я уверена,что юбку украла уборщица номеров,которая убирала в момент выезд комнаты на этом этаже

Pros:

Чистый, новый отель, прекрасно оборудован со стильным дизайном, удобное месторасположение. Прекрасная удобная кровать. Все на высшем уровне

Cons:

На сегодняшний момент идут ремонтные работы рядом с гостиницей и строится комплекс апартаментов рядом, но шум не беспокоил

Pros:

We stayed at the hotel for 4 days. First of all, the hotel is absolutely stunning! The design is incredibly beautiful, and the staff was super helpful and kind! The rooms are large, spacious, clean, and equipped with everything you could need. Breakfast was fantastic with a great variety, and the hotel restaurants were delicious. The spa is really nice and definitely worth a try.

We would especially like to mention the amazing service of Rada, Tamara from the front desk, and Boris the concierge, who truly took care of our every request and provided service that was beyond excellent.

We had an amazing time and will definitely be back!

Прекрасный отель в самом центре города. Безупречное обслуживание. Отличные номера.

Cons:

Иногда не хватало мест на завтраке, но сотрудники старались оперативно найти столик.
