Great stay at Infinity Plaza hotel in Gjakove.
Pros:

This is our first visit to Gjakova and by following directions given it was very easy to find the hotel.
The hotel is located no far away from the centre of the Gjakova.
Also the old part Qarshija e vjeter is full of restaurants and offeres traditional culinary food and is not far away from the centre of Gjakova.
Staff at hotel was extremely friendly and approachable.

Room was exceptionally good size and had all the required facilities.
Cleanliness was at the highest standard.
Although one day visit it was a great experience and great stay at Infinity Plaza hotel.

Pros:

The gentleman who worked the reception area was beyond classy and helpful. New hotel so very clean, wifi was exceptional, hot showers with water pressure and a delightful balcony overlooking the rear of the building...awesome hotel!

Spaziosa e accogliente ☺️
Pros:

Completa di tutti i servizi, niente colazione ma questo si sà, mi sono trovata davvero bene camere spaziose e anche il bagno, personale sempre disponibile e molto gentile!!! Il titolare numero 1! Comodità a pochi minuti dal centro!! Che dire fantasticiii! Struttura tutta nuova!

Pros:

I stayed at Infinity Plaza during my trip around Kosovo, and it was, without a doubt, the best hotel experience of my journey. I booked a room with balcony and it was so quiet and the view of balcony was so relaxing.
What stood out the most was that this was the only hotel I came across during my trip that offered laundry service, a huge plus for a travel on the move like me. On top of that, everything about my stay was beyond amazing, the room was spotless and comfortable, the staff was incredibly welcoming, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was modern and relaxing.
If you’re traveling through Kosovo and find yourself in Gjakove, I highly recommend staying here.

Pros:

Hotel nuovo e bello, camera spaziosa e pulizia impeccabile, bagno ampio e letto comodo, staff gentile, 10' a piedi dal centro, ampio parcheggio sotto la struttura.
