From the moment I arrived, I knew I had chosen somewhere special. Polina kindly upgraded me to a stunning room, which was a wonderful surprise and made my stay even more memorable.

The entire property is absolutely spotless, beautifully presented and exceptionally comfortable. Breakfast each morning is a veritable feast, with an incredible selection of delicious homemade food that far exceeded my expectations.

There are several lovely areas in the beautiful garden where you can enjoy breakfast or simply sit and relax with a glass of the hotel’s delicious homemade wine. It is peaceful, full of character and a wonderful place to unwind after a day of sightseeing.

The homemade wine is excellent, and I also enjoyed tasting the chacha – a lovely touch that reflects the genuine hospitality of the hosts.

What truly sets Verandah Boutique Hotel apart, however, is Polina and Igor. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Polina organised an outstanding English -speaking guide for me, making it so easy to explore the region, and throughout my stay both Polina and Igor were available to help with anything I needed.

Thank you, Polina and Igor, for your warmth, kindness and wonderful hospitality. You made my visit to Kutaisi unforgettable. I can highly recommend Verandah Boutique Hotel without hesitation, and I would happily stay here again.

Polina ist einfach super! Wir konnten unser Gepäck dortlassen während wir den Trek Mestia- Ushguli machten. Da wir früh aufbrachen machte sie uns extra Sandwiches sm Vortag… gepflegt, wunderbar! So bemüht- unglaublich- Danke!!!

A beautiful house in the center of town. Very comfortable. Great views. Wonderful garden. Splendid breakfast. And the kindest host. I loved it!

The host is amazing and the hotel is also very well maintained but also we saw the property is old Victorian style.

חדרים ענקיים! מיטה נוחה מאוד, המצעים היו הכי נוחים ונעימים שישנתי בהם. פולינה בעלת המקום אישה מדהימה,עזרה בכל דבר אפשרי. אפילו הגישה את ארוחת הבוקר לחדר. המקום נמצא מרחק הליכה (של 10 דקות) מהכיכר המרכזית. נוף מדהים מהמרפסת, יש גינה במלון פורחת ויפיפיה. זה בית ענקי שהפכו אותו למלון. היא מייצרת גם צ'אצ'ה בטעמים שונים ממש מומלץ.

Struttura davvero bellissima, curata nei dettagli e molto accogliente. Un ringraziamento speciale a Palina, un'host eccezionale: gentile, disponibile e sempre attenta alle esigenze degli ospiti. È stato un piacere anche poter assaggiare i suoi liquori, una vera chicca che rende il soggiorno ancora più speciale.

La camera era bella, confortevole e accogliente, perfetta per rilassarsi. La colazione è stata semplicemente strepitosa, ricca e preparata con grande cura. Ottima anche la posizione della struttura, comoda per visitare la zona.

L'elemento che più ci ha colpito è stata la straordinaria gentilezza e ospitalità. Consigliatissima, torneremo sicuramente!

It was an amazing stay! It was so good I don't even know where to start. The rooms, the huge and super comfy beds, cleanliness, the VIEW from the stone balconies, the garden, it was all stunning. And above all, the host Polina is a total queen, so hospitable, warm and charming. Talking to her was so nice and fun, and the breakfast she prepared- delicious! A place to come back to 1000%

The room was big, clean, with a great view and all necessary facilities. The bed had an excellent, comfortable mattress for a good rest. Breakfast was above all expectations - tasty, healthy, big and diverse. The property has a beautiful yard where it's a pleasure to relax and drink cup of coffee or tea which are free 24 hours. The most important thing was the attitude of the staff, which ready for helping you at any time and give a sense of being a welcome guest.

First of all I would like to thank the owner for being so welcoming and warm. It was almost like staying at an old friend's house (and the place does indeed feel like a home).
The room was clean, comfortable and had an amazing view to the city and the hills. Breakfast was also amazing.

Our stay was short and in the end we even wished we had had more time to enjoy the lovely gardens and common areas of the hotel.
