Veranda Boutique Hotel Kutaisi

First of all I would like to thank the owner for being so welcoming and warm. It was almost like staying at an old friend's house (and the place does indeed feel like a home).
The room was clean, comfortable and had an amazing view to the city and the hills. Breakfast was also amazing.

Our stay was short and in the end we even wished we had had more time to enjoy the lovely gardens and common areas of the hotel.

Душа этого отеля - Полина. Я много путешествавала по миру и обычно больше оцениваешь комфорт и удобства отеля, часто тебя встречает стандартная вежливость персонала. Но это было нечто особенное! Это такой душевный индивидуальный подход, который не купишь ни за какие деньги мира. При моём позднем прилёте предложили накрыть завтрак в 13.00 - все было свежее, горячее (особенно запомнились сырники и ленивый хачапури). На вечер Полина забронировала нам столик в ресторане, помогла со стиркой вещей после активной экскурсии, нашла выгодный и качесвтенный трансфер, узнав о наших планах ехать в Батуми предупредила о ремонте дороги и возможных пробках. На любой вопрос она готова ответить советом, поддержать, помочь. Я ни разу не была в таких заботливых руках! В каждом номере есть предметы антиквариата, в общей обеденной зоне шикарная деревянная мебель 16 века, все эти детали Полина с супругом собирала по крупицам на аукционах - создаётся атмосфера уюта и особенного отдыха. Однозначно рекомендую это место! Уезжать не хотелось

Veranda Boutique Hotel Kutaisi is an incredibly cozy and charming place that truly feels like home. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with beautiful antique furniture and a unique style that gives the hotel a lot of character and soul.

The owner prepares delicious breakfasts herself, and the level of care was simply amazing. I have a gluten allergy, and she asked about any dietary restrictions in advance. In the morning, we were pleasantly surprised with gluten-free pancakes specially prepared for us — such attention to detail and genuine hospitality made our stay unforgettable.

The terrace has a stunning view and is a perfect place to relax with a cup of coffee in the morning or enjoy the evening atmosphere. Overall, this hotel feels very special, personal, and full of warmth. We would gladly stay here again.

Очень уютный отель с заботливыми хозяевами. Больше всего впечатлила терраса с видом на Кутаиси, горную реку и монастырь. Очень чисто и есть все необходимое, много цветов в саду, зелени, интересных вещей в интерьере номеров и самого отеля (антикварные комоды, люстры). Понравилось наличие настольных игр, гамак в саду, заходящие в гости котики. Как дома, местами даже лучше. Очень тронуты заботой хозяйки: приготовила завтрак исходя из наших пожеланий.

Vrelo odporúčam každému, kto ma rád výnimočné ubytovanie. Hostitelka je skvelá, ochotná so všetkým pomôcť a vyjsť v ústrety. Zahrada je krasna, výhľady úžasne a izby čisté a dobre vybavené. Raňajky sú servírované individuálne, čerstvo pripravené a kvalitne. Dakujeme za všetko cítili sme sa vítané a ako doma:)

Bardzo przyjemny, klimatyczny hotel z miłą atmosferą. Obsługa była pomocna i kontaktowa, wszystko przebiegło bez problemów. Pokój czysty, zadbany, wygodne łóżko. Dobre śniadanie, świeże i smaczne. Lokalizacja spokojna, a jednocześnie blisko centrum. Zdecydowanie dobre miejsce na pobyt w Kutaisi.

I liked everything about my stay, literally. The room was very big, and there is many lobbies and common areas, indoors and outdoors. The view: insane. This boutique hotel is very special, so well decorated, antique style.
Perfectly well situated, we were able to visit the whole city by foot.
And what to say about the host: so welcoming, so caring. She offered us homemade win as a welcome drink. The breakfast is amazing.

The best Host i have ever met. So accommodating!

we we're welcomed by our host Igor. he was very nice and gave us a tour around the property. the whole property was very nice and clean and has a very homey vibe. our room had a garden view and from the garden you can see the amazing landscape view of the part of kutaisi with bagrati cathedral on top of the mountain. delicious homemade breakfast was served every morning by our exceptional host Palina.

Sometimes you are fortunate to find the perfect combination of hospitality, excellent accommodations including cosy common spaces and delicious breakfasts. A delightful four nights with three rooms at VBH!

Очень классные хозяева Полина и Игорь Полина встретила нас в 3 ночи, показала весь отель, место для барбекю, где проходит завтрак. Полиночка огромное спасибо ♥️ У нас был прекрасный номер с видом на горы. Смогли сделать барбекю. Также Полина дала контакты водителя Каха, офигенный чувак, возил нас на водопады, и потом отвёз в Батуми. Цены очень адекватные, рекомендуем от души. Постель , кровать все ок. Были халаты, тапочки, кофе час в зоне отдыха - безлимитно.
