Верьте всем отличным отзывам об этом отеле. Тут прекрасно. Мы полюбили Кутаиси благодаря Полине. Номер супер, отличный вид, много террас. Растут фрукты. При заселении угостили вином. Есть своя парковка во дворе дома. Центр рядом, но при этом ты находишься в такой тишине. Завтраки от Полины выше всех похвал. Спасибо Вам еще раз за отличный отдых!

This was an oasis of beauty and care on our trip. We stayed here for 3 nights having the best sleep. The space is cosy and furnished with a lot of charm, perfect for relaxation and enjoying the vibe of Kutaisi. The hosts were wonderful - very caring and accommodating, and the breakfast was an absolute feast of home cooked food.
I wish we stayed longer!

Polina ist eine fantastische Gastgeberin! Sie macht ein wunderbares ausgefallenes Frühstück, welches man auf der tollen Terrasse mit Blick auf die Stadt und den Fluss genießen kann. Auch ansonsten erfüllt sie Gästen jeden Wunsch, wenn irgend möglich! Das Haus ist ein Unikat mit wunderschönen Holzvertäfelungen und bei der stilvollen Zimmereinrichtung hat sich Polina wahnsinnge Mühe gegeben. Bereits vor Ankunft sendet sie einem außerdem Tipps mit Aktivitäten und Restaurants vor Ort. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit :)

Cleanliness. The view. Kindness of our host who had great advices.

This is rather a guest house and not a four star hotel.
That being said, our experience was positive, with great interaction with the lady hosting us and a very good breakfast.
Free parking (small) and good WiFi.

Go there! You won’t be disappointed. 😊

Абсолютно все! Локация, чудесный двор, лучшая хозяйка Полина, самый лучший завтрак за все время в Грузии, невероятно приятное постельное белье, шторы блэк аут!
В общем просто супер!

Gorgeous setting, private room, outdoor space, quick walk to town. Breakfast was amazing! Rooms was spacious and comfortable. Paulina was the star! Hospitality unmatched and a genuinely the kindest warmest human!

From the moment I arrived, I knew I had chosen somewhere special. Polina kindly upgraded me to a stunning room, which was a wonderful surprise and made my stay even more memorable.

The entire property is absolutely spotless, beautifully presented and exceptionally comfortable. Breakfast each morning is a veritable feast, with an incredible selection of delicious homemade food that far exceeded my expectations.

There are several lovely areas in the beautiful garden where you can enjoy breakfast or simply sit and relax with a glass of the hotel’s delicious homemade wine. It is peaceful, full of character and a wonderful place to unwind after a day of sightseeing.

The homemade wine is excellent, and I also enjoyed tasting the chacha – a lovely touch that reflects the genuine hospitality of the hosts.

What truly sets Verandah Boutique Hotel apart, however, is Polina and Igor. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Polina organised an outstanding English -speaking guide for me, making it so easy to explore the region, and throughout my stay both Polina and Igor were available to help with anything I needed.

Thank you, Polina and Igor, for your warmth, kindness and wonderful hospitality. You made my visit to Kutaisi unforgettable. I can highly recommend Verandah Boutique Hotel without hesitation, and I would happily stay here again.

Polina ist einfach super! Wir konnten unser Gepäck dortlassen während wir den Trek Mestia- Ushguli machten. Da wir früh aufbrachen machte sie uns extra Sandwiches sm Vortag… gepflegt, wunderbar! So bemüht- unglaublich- Danke!!!
