Struttura Pulita ed in ottima posizione

Cons:

Nella suite il divano letto era scomodissimo (impossibile dormirci) e la porta del bagno in vetro non è accettabile! La privacy dov’è? Ps. Cena. Buona ma eccessivamente cara e porzioni ridotte

Staff gentilissimo e ottima posizione
Pros:

La posizione ottima, la camera bellissima e spaziosa, con letto e cuscini comodissimi. Il wifi funziona bene in tutta la struttura. Colazione ottima e spaziosa. La spa bellissima, dalle dimensioni giuste, con ciò che ci si aspetta in un'hotel. Ma la cosa migliore è stato lo staff, gentilissimo e molto disponibile, hanno esaudito ogni richiesta al meglio. Davvero molto consigliato.

Cons:

Nulla, tutto perfetto, purtroppo non siamo riusciti a provare il ristorante, ma rimedieremo!

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr zentral. Es gibt eine hoteleigene Tiefgarage. Sehr schöner Wellnessbereich. Gutes Restaurant

The staff made us feel appreciated, and because of the location and hotel itself, we could go there again.
Pros:

The staff was really great, friendly, understanding and helpful. Breakfest was great, you need to order eggs, bacon etc. from a list and you can also order for example orange juice while it’s not on the list. The room was tidy but old dated. Would need some refreshing. Spa area was nice, great pool and hot tub. Saunas were nice too. Parking garage is great.

Cons:

The most disppointing for us was a lack of air-conditioning, as it eas +26 degrees outside and the room was really warm. When booking the hotel, it says that there is an air-condition, there isn’t. Also the spa area was quite confusing, as there are no room for changing your clothes, or storage your spare clothes and dry yourself.
