موقع الفندق ممتاز وقريب من منطقة البلد والأسواق التاريخية. كما أشكر موظف الاستقبال، الأخ أحمد المصري، على حسن الاستقبال والتعامل الراقي.

Cons:

كانت شبكة الواي فاي داخل الغرفة ضعيفة وغير مستقرة، كما أن الإفطار كان متكررًا يوميًا.

Good value, clean, efficient hotel in Old Town. Good location for seeing Jeddah history.
Pros:

The hotel is well located in Al Balad Old Town. Easy to walk to the historical sites and museums. I didn't have a car, so it was very conveniently located for using the local Jeddah bus [less than 10 minutes away from central bus station). The hotel wasn't fancy but very serviceable and practical. It was clean and quiet. The staff was friendly with serviceable English. I world recommend to a friend with my needs.

Cons:

It's not a luxury hotel by any mean's. In a sort of commercial area. Safe but not "pictureswue." I was served the exact range breakfast (scrambled eggs, salad, pita, etc.) two days in a row. No restaurant.

The hotel itself is very nice, and I really enjoyed my stay. The rooms were comfortable, and the breakfast was good enough with a reasonable selection.

However, there are a few things future guests should know. Be sure to ask the reception about parking. The parking area outside the hotel belongs to the municipality, not the hotel. It is free from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM, but after that it becomes paid parking. You must pay before parking your car; otherwise, you may receive a parking fine.

I was also surprised that the hotel asked to see my visa during check-in. This was the first time any hotel in Jeddah—or any hotel I have stayed at—had requested my visa. In addition, requiring a security deposit at check-in was unexpected.

Overall, the hotel is pleasant, but these policies should be explained clearly to guests in advance.

نظافه الفندق وتعامل الموظفين والأستاذ محمد سعودي جدا ذوق وكلامه وترحيبه واحترامه وأسلوبه والموظف المصرى ماعرف اسمه بفتره المساء ماقصر شفلي غرفه مريحه وإطلاله جميله والموظف بدوام الليل مصرى ماعرف اسمه كمان بس مررره شكرا لمساعدتك ليا وتوفير طلباتي بوقت متاخر مررره شكرا للموظفين الثلاثه على تعاملهم

الموقع حي البلد ، فندق صغير وأنيق ومرتب ، الغرفة ودورة المياه نظيفة ومريحة ، التكييف اسبيلت ، السرير مريح جدا ، عندهم فطور متواضع يقدمونه بالغرفة عند الطلب .

Cons:

لا يوجد مواقف خاصة بالفندق لذا يجب عليك دفع رسوم أربع ريالات وستين هللة لكل ساعة في الوقت من الساعة الثامنة صباحا إلى الحادية عشر ليلا ، أما من الحادية عشر ليلا إلى الثامنة صباحا فهي مجانية .

Very comfortable and clean hotel, i will choose it again and again when visiting Jeddah.
Pros:

The property was soo clean, staff soo friendly and helpful. Breakfast is served in the room. Location wise, walking distance from Al balad market place, main road, easy taxi access.
