Muy lejos de ser un 4 estrellas.
Pros:

La ubicación es buena para poder desplazarse a las playas del norte, este y también oeste. La zona tiene todos los servicios necesarios para unas buenas vacaciones.
El personal del bufet es amable, y atentos a facilitar la estancia.

Cons:

El servicio de habitaciones es decepcionante. Camas mal hechas, habitación sin limpiar, o mal limpia. Por varias veces nos hicieron las camas sin cubrir todo el colchón, pareciendo algo normal.
Entiendo que hay cuartos que ya han remodelado, pero el nuestro era decepcionante. Una de las camas de nuestros hijos, era un colchón sobre una base portátil más estrecha, sin estabilidad.
El buffet, en línea con el título de la reseña, flojo. Bien cocinado, si, pero escaso en variedad como frutas para el desayuno.

Preço qualidade muito fraco. O hotel não é mau de todo, mas o preço exige uma qualidade bem superior.

A simpatia de alguns funcionários.. a limpeza exterior, fruto do esforço dos funcionários

Cons:

Limpeza dos quartos à chegada. Toalhas sujas, lençóis sujos.
Lençol não cobria toda a cama.
Comida sempre a mesma, sem grande variedade. Fruta muito apetitosa, mas estava sempre quente, porque o espaço onde estava era quente.
Bebidas do bar, não se equiparam a outros TI.
Lanches muito muito fracos.
Localização perto de praia, mas a praia era muito suja.
Tivemos colegas que chegaram ao hotel e não tinham quarto, tiveram de ir uma noite para outro hotel.
Muitas vezes, acabava as coisas, toalhas, gelados, no nosso caso. E nem sempre limpavam os quartos. Alegando dificuldades técnicas ou externas. Os funcionários desempenham um papel muito importante tendo em conta a gestão deficitária.

Pros:

Great location, the bar staff are great, very friendly. The pool is nice and clean, good selection of food and drinks
The fridge at the room was prepared with cold drinks and food plate

Cons:

The pillow wasn't comfy at all, the shower was leaking
On our 2nd day we had a housekeeping service and they just folded our wet towels and put them on a bed(we left them on the balcony) and turned on the aircon for 16 degrees. Next day we left them on the floor and it wasn't cleaning at all and they said it's just in every 3days and we didn't get new ones which is shouldn't be a problem at all but it was no information about that.

Pros: very good geolocation, quite close to the beach; the inside looks very beautiful; the staff is very friendly and smiling :) My 2 stars are only for amazing people to be honest that are trying very gard to do a good job

Cons:

Cons: we didn’t like the food (every day was almost the same and not tasty for us); there was a wasp nest right next to the pool and I let the reception team know about the situation and that it might be quite dangerous, especially regarding that some children were there as well, but they ignored me and the nest stayed there until we checked out; the smell in the toilet room was awful because of the drenage hole in the floor that had dirty water inside all the time; towels were given with dirty stains on them so we didn’t use them after all.

I don’t think the hotel represents the quality for the amount of money that was paid.

Hôtel familiale avec un bon rapport qualité prix
Pros:

Hôtel bien située avec beaucoup de commerces et restaurants à côté. Plage à 100 m et site du Canal d'Amour très proche. Hôtel à taille humaine, bien équipée et personnel restauration et bar très sympathiques. Au niveau de la restauration, plats de résistance très variés.

Cons:

Le personnel pour le ménage passait très tôt le matin parfois dès 8h00 et toujours avant 9h00, vraiment trop tôt quand on est en vacances. 1er jour pas de taies d'oreillers. Au niveau de la restauration, entrées et desserts toujours identiques. Nous étions les seuls français dans l'hôtel, quasiment 100% d'anglais.
