Boa localização e boa estrutura de quarto; porém, Cusco é muito fria à noite, e o aparelho utilizado para aquecer o quarto parece ter baixa potência e não consegue deixar o ambiente devidamente aquecido .

Cons:

A hospedagem me cobrou uma taxa adicional superior a 10% sobre o valor de cada diária mesmo eu pagamento em moeda local( em espécie). Ficamos hospedados em outras estadias durante os dias em Cusco, e nenhuma outra hospedagem de Cusco cobrou essa taxa. As informações que constam no Booking ao se concluir uma reserva para hospedagens em Cusco é que poderia haver a cobrança de um imposto local para cidadãos Peruanos; o que não era nosso caso( turistas brasileiros). Então, me parece que a Casa Pardo está cobrando uma taxa injustificada.

I really like the location, it was a 3 min walk to the Machu Pichu transport, bed was super comfortable, they also offer

Stayed 4 days and never had a flushing toilet or hot water
Pros:

The pillows were great. The breakfast was tasty. The lobby is well decorated. The location is good and near important landmarks. It's on the second floor. The coffee and tea were appreciated. The dishes were clean.

Cons:

I was there for four days without a functioning toilet or hot water in my room. I reported this 1-2x/day and was told multiple times that "someone would be there in 5 minutes." I was literally begging for a working toilet or a new room, but no one came to look at it until days into the stay, and even then it was not fixed, he just jiggled the handle, shrugged, and left. Each time I left the hotel for the day, I was told it would be working when I got back. The staff couldn't be bothered; no one ever fixed it. A few hours before checkout, after 3 days, I was offered a new room. A working toilet is quite literally the bare minimum and they refused to provide that. There was no hot water ever during my stay; they also refused to fix that.

Pros:

Quarto confortável, equipe atenciosa e pronta para ajudar em nossas demandas. Hotel bem localizado, próximo das principais avenidas, mas já distante o suficiente para fugir de preços altos dos locais mais turísticos.

Cons:

O café da manhã não agradou, pois tínhamos que escolher 1 só opção por pessoa. Não era buffet, e a restrição no pedido nos deixava com pouca opção de itens para o café.

Buena experiencia
Pros:

La limpieza de la habitación y la amabilidad del personal. Nos prepararon refrigerios para llevar a las excursiones durante toda la estancia ya que salíamos antes de que empezase el desayuno.
