We stayed one night it was comfortable, despite the confusion at book in. The electrical issue was an inconvenience.
Pros:

The location of the hotel was a little out of old town, in a new build area. It was an easy walk though the new shopping mall to the old down bizarre area. The staff were friendly and helpful, once we got through the initial confusion.
It was convenient location to the bus station.

Cons:

The address of the hotel on the booking was not the same location as the actual hotel rooms. We arrived at the Star hotel as listed on the booking, only to be told to wait while a car was being arranged to take us to the Star Mansion location where our actual rooms were located. It was confusing. The photos of the Star Mansion on booking.com are accurate.
The ceiling light in one of rooms booked was broken - we were told there was an electrical problem. The other room booked had hair and a bandaid in the shower drain.

Pros:

The hotel room was comfortable and spacious. I purposely booked a room here because of how it looked on booking and the room looked nothing like it. When we entered the room there were puddles of water at the doorway and in the bathroom, which was odd.

The staff were very kind and helpful. Had trouble finding the hotel because there are no signs with the hotel name, the staff helped direct us.

Hotel is in a great location, overlooking the diyarbakir wall. You can walk to most places in the old city and a short drive to the cafes on the Tigris.

Cons:

The bathroom sink leaked all over the floor when you used it. A quick hand wash turned into a water show.

The address on Booking.com is incorrect. The actual address is for a hotel with the same name, but the real hotel is far from the city center and there's nothing nearby. This is the closest address.

Nije mi.se.svidjelo.nista, jer se vlasnik nakon rezervacije vise nije htio javiti.

Cons:

U objektu nisam nije bio, jer se.vlasnik dude vrijeme nije javljao niti je bio na adresi da me.doceka. Tek.se javio popodne kad sam vec rezervirao drugi hotel

Pros:

Новое здание, которое находится рядом с центром города, внутри исторических стен.

В номере чисто и большая кровать, хороший напор воды.

Cons:

1. Меня удивило, что до сих пор никто не повесил вывески и звонка в дверь, и чтобы попасть внутрь тебе нужно звонить по телефону.

2. Полное отсутствие дизайна внутри номера, как будто собрали из разных квартир мебель что была и поставили внутрь.

3. В душе нет перегородки или шторки, вся вода попадает на туалет пока вы моетесь.

Cons:

Strange way to access the property via Star Hotel in city centre . The proprietor there was difficult to deal with and made me wait over an hour before putting me in a "taxi" which was his friend's car. This man then d
demanded a taxi fare which he did not receive .
Although a 20 minute walk from the city centre the area was being refurbished and meant I could appreciate the renewal of Diyabakir .

Perfect stay, Perfect Accommodation in Diyarbakir from the best People
Pros:

Mehmet, the owner, is super friendly and always ready to help. This place was perfect for our stay in Diyarbakir! We got an amazing upgrade; the new accommodation had everything we needed. The neighbourhood is quiet and peaceful, close to all the main attractions, shops, and restaurants. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting. It was the best stay of our 3-week trip in Turkey.

Great room and great value
Pros:

The room was soooo clean and very comfortable. For the price we paid, I totally expected a dive. And when we first found the office, it looked like that's what we were had found. BUT... to our surprise. They taxi'd us to a different location than the office, bringing us to a lovely room near the wall with easy access to the home's rooftop (even though the door view faced a beautiful view already. The location was a 10 minute walk from the office if using the alleys and GPS. Taxis were easy to access. Needing to stay in Diyarbakir was unexpected, and the staff was accommodating with bringing things we needed like a knife for our market meat and phone charger. I highly advise opening the front door to lay in bed and see the sunrise. The bed was comfortable and new with fresh bright white blankets. My husband complained it was too soft. But in my own opinion, that was a bonus. There was a "normal" toilet (American here lol) and my appreciation for that is real! Oh lastly, there IS a market within a 5 minute walk along with some newer restaurants. There are horses in the field on the way.. really a fantastic atmosphere.
