Durchaus empfehlenswert, gute Lage!
Pros:

Lage absolut toll, mit Blick auf Innenhof recht ruhig (jedenfalls nachts), sehr hübscher Innenhof, Zimmer sehr geräumig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber.

Cons:

Minibar war nicht in Betrieb, es hatte nicht mal Wasserflaschen im Zimmer und auch sonst keine Aufmerksamkeit. In den Korridoren recht stickige Luft, insgesamt wirkte es etwas unpersönlich, Hotelbar öffnete erst um 18 Uhr.

Pros:

Die Lage ist wirklich genial, in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Bahnhof. Auch mit unserem Zimmer hatten wir sehr viel Glück, denn es war sehr groß und ansprechend gestaltet, wie auf den Bildern. Das Bett war sehr bequem.

The room was very spacious.

Unfortunately, the staff, in my opinion, seemed unmotivated and unprofessional.

I never saw a single smile. When I made a legitimate complaint at reception about the breakfast, I was simply told that there was nothing they could do. To make matters worse, the receptionist even shrugged her shoulders, as if she didn’t care about the situation at all.

Breakfast costs CHF 20 per person, which is far too expensive considering there were no fresh products available. The coffee machine was not working properly, and to top it all off, while we were still having breakfast, our table was cleared away and our hotel key cards were taken from the table. We ended up standing there with an egg in our hands but no table to sit at!

The only response we got was, “Yes, no problem!” 😅😂 Their level of English was also quite poor.
