Great stay
Pros:

Room upgrade was a really nice touch. Hotel is spotless. Breakfast was perfect. All staff very friendly and helpful.

Pros:

The staff on Reception and the bar were extremely helpful and friendly pleasure to deal with and we had small children with us which can be challenging at times. The staff could not do enough for us thoroughly enjoyable stay

Cons:

I thought the price for 1 night was a bit extreme especially sine breakfast was not included

Great stay, and well located for Galway and surrounding area.
Pros:

The staff were very friendly. There was a very good offer when booking. A three course meal for €30. Excellent value - in terms of food quality and portion size.

Cons:

The breakfast was ok and the GF section was adequate.

Very enjoyable
Pros:

Spacious reception bar and lounge area

Room was exceptional with separate relaxing space , and a huge bathroom with separate shower and bath

Cons:

Nothing frankly
It’s location meant using buses in and out of the city . The buses tended to be unreliable as on two occasions into the city they ran more than half an hour late
