Que cancelé la última noche que había reservada con 4-5 días antelacion y me la cobraron igualmente. Lo encuentro impresentable. Pido me devuelvan el importe de està última noche.
Check in is too late at 4pm and check out at 11am is too early
Location, parking, bar, staff are ok
Beds are not so large but good and clean
Hotel definitely needs renovation at this time, smell very bad in rooms and corridors, couldn't fix water in bathroom, in rest are ok
Fabulous family room, we did have to switch rooms after a problem with the water but staff weee so helpful. Pool was lovely and breakfasts really nice..

Le fait de pouvoir sortir facilement de la ville. Le parking point fort. Les lits sont confortables.
Pour avoir de l'eau chaude le soir, il faut laisser couler 3/4 minutes. La chasse d'eau qui fonctionne mal. Moquette tachée.

Housekeeping needed to be asked to clean again. Manager was helpful in coordinating.
Very disappointed as it was so expensive for us to stay there .
We stayed 4 nights and our bed sheets were never changed ? When I asked the receptionist she said you need to leave the card on the door ( to refresh ) but there was no card . The third day I asked receptionist again she said the cleaner said our PJs were on the bed that’s why ????? That is so ridiculous and frustrating we had 2 young children with us . The cleaner only came to leave towels and coffee no cleaning done . I saw a cleaner next door I asked if she could clean our room as we were on our way out , she said it was not her room number to clean . Also the restaurant was not available to book or use , they never mentioned that when we booked .
Very very disappointed I only choose this hotel because my nephew used it for his wedding 8 yrs ago . I have told my family and friends the bad services they have .
We will never use this hotel again.
We Also feel we should get a refund for such a bad service . We paid £300 a night and never got a bed change of sheets/ bedclothes. This is not acceptable.
We would like a refund for the bad room services we had.

Distances from city centre
Size of the room was great & bed was comfortable. Great bathroom.
At surface level looks clean, but not really. E.g. TV remote had caked on dirt.
Spacious Rooms, cleanliness, quite and comfortable
Breakfast could be improved, Bathroom should be tidy as the water taps were loose need to fix it, the drawer handles needs to be cleaned thoroughly, Room carpets should be thoroughly vacuumed, TV in the room was old and continuous line appeared on the screen as damaged screen.
Location perfect
Only problem was the showers.no hot water most mornings.had to wait till mid morning for 2 quick showers
