Relaxing and comfortable
Pros:

Very nice and clean. Easy parking and access to highway. Convenient to Galway town center and mall across street. Staff was wonderful and room was beautiful with upgrades.

Great hotel and location
Pros:

Clean spacious room. Convenient facilities, welcoming staff. Close to other facilities and areas of interest. Air conditioning was the deal breaker as the weather was very muggy when there, glad to have it. Great internet connection. Area to sit and plenty of storage. Tea/Coffee/Water and Cookies, very much appreciated and replenished daily. Bar/food good variety, not all from the drinks menu available, but staff were great in advising alternatives. Car parked nearby.

Cons:

Wear and tear of the hotel. For that I wouldn't describe it as a 4 star hotel. Grouting loose, tile loose and grout missing in the bathroom. Carpet worn in areas. But the rooms were very clean. Loud music one night, as the floor below had a function, but I'm from a city location where it can be loud so this wasn't a huge issue.

A quiet stay with a comfortable room. We really enjoyed our time in Galway.
Pros:

Staff was friendly, the room had ac, and the room was quiet.

Cons:

The light switches needing the room card in the slot at the door. We didn’t know that was the trick on how to turn on the lights.

Pros:

Lovely staff, great facilities, very clean

Cons:

Location is not amazing but okay, there was a strange pole the room (corner room 303) which was hollow. Strange, but not an issue.

Pros:

Stayed in a family rom for one night, room was clean and the bathroom was also very clean. The shower was lovely. Had dinner in the bar, ordered mash and assuages for my 4yr old it came out with Chips. We sent it back, the manager was a tall fair hared man, very nice to deal with and nothing was an issue. The food was quite nice id say 8/10.

Cons:

The hotel room was very warm, and the hotel in general has become a bit dated. The changing rooms in the swimming pool are sun standard.

Cons:

My room had a terrible smell. 2 visits from maintenance to try fix before I was moved. No offer of any discount / breakfast or anything for the in convenience. When I moved to the new room I was unable to get Netflix on the tv. Breakfast was poorly managed - no cutlery available and had to wait a while to get it
