Highly recommended hotel who exceed expectations. Great seaview from higher floors. Close to the sea
Pros:

The staff are warm and friendly and really very accomodating. They went out of their way to assist with some extra things that I needed.
The ambience of the hotel is absolutely beautiful and serene. Has so mucvh appeal. they do not compromise on breakfasts thats included in the price. Wide spread and quality food.

Cons:

Afrin Prestige Hotel Review
Pros:

Hotel staff was exceptional, the hotel itself was perfect, and clean. Breakfast and the overall menu was good.

Cons:

Sometimes communication was a challenge because we dont speak Portuguese. TV couldn't get the signal, and technician couldn't resolve it for the duration of our stay. Public bathroom / Toilet by reception was always dirty.

Pros:

Staff and Restaurant were amazing. Everything from late check in to providing an accommodating room during my stay. The facility is in a nice location in walking distance to many restaurants.

A localização e as instalações. Quarto com amplas dimensões. Pequeno almoço diversificado. Funcionários muito simpáticos e acolhedores. Adorei o cheiro maravilhoso sempre que se entrava no hotel.

Cons:

Gostaria de sentir o mesmo aroma no quarto. O soalho apresenta infiltração junto à Kitchenet carecendo manutenção.

The Locations and Breakfast are ok but the rest is really bad.
There was no hot water !!!!!! Unbelievable!

Would not recommend it to anyone the 5 star isn’t what you will get when you come to the hotel
Pros:

Lady who was at the kitchen had no clue what she was going could really improve on the egg terrible

Cons:

The bed cover had a red stain sheets are really old
Found my room with very little toilet paper had to call and ask for 1
The extra bed I requested was not there also
Had to call on for 1 to be arranged
Hotels says 5 star but the sheets are so old and doesn’t even smell clean
