Der Balkon, die Aussicht, die Klimaanlage und die Multimediasysteme

Cons:

Dreckig, ungepflegtes Badezimmer Kein Zimmerservice keine Müllentsorgung Balkon ungepflegt. Bettbezüge wurden nicht einmal gewechselt. Waschmaschine war einseitig defekt musste man selber reparieren.

eine gute Wahl!
Pros:

Das Appartment ist gut und zentral gelegen, so dass man von hier aus zu Fuß direkt die Innenstadt und den Hafen, sowie zahlreiche Restaurants erreicht. Das Appartment ist noch relativ neu, hat eine gute Raumaufteilung, die Ausstattung ist gut, die Betten (Kingsize) bequem. Die Übergabe funktioniert bestens: rechtzeitig vor der Anreise erhielten wir die relevanten Zugangcodes. Die offizielle Einstufung mit 3 Sternen erscheint mir zu niedrig.

Cons:

mit einer Spülmaschine würde es mir noch besser gefallen.
