Pues que tuvimos un problema que se manchó una sábana y pedimos que nos hicieran la habitación y cambiaron la mancha de sitio y no cambiaron las sábanas

Śniadania barfzo ubogie, codziennie to samo, da się najeść, ale przeciętnie. Wiele do życzenia pozostawia natomiast obsługa podczas śniadań....Pani blondynka codziennie obrażona, zdaje się, że nie przepada za obcokrajowcami. Na 5 minut przed końcem śniadania podeszła do każdwfo stolika i ostentacyjnie zabierała z niego rzeczy, sugerując, że mamy udać się do wyjścia. To bardzo zepsuło klimat. W pokoju było całkiem czysto, mieliśmy natomiast nieszczelne okno, przez co nocami było głośno.

Were not told which room we were staying in so had to try code in other doors on that floor.
Were not told that breakfast is in the building across the road
Staff at the breakfast venue were extremely rude and dismissive

Il check-in solo online, di cui non c'era informazione su Booking, mi ha creato un problemino prontamente risolto dalla cortesia e disponibilità delle operatrici telefoniche.
Suggerirei comunque di evidenziare questa procedura e il fatto che in struttura non c'è una persona addetta al ricevimento del cliente e per eventuali altre necessità.

There are no glasses if you want to drink something or in the bathroom for your toothbrush. You have to stay barefoot, they do not offer any room slippers. There is no reception, no clothing iron, no restaurant, the breakfast across the street is minimal but good, it is the same each day. The fridge does not cool anything, the balcony is in bad shape, rusty chairs. The bathroom and the toilet in different rooms, unconvenient. The towels are white, clean but some have stains and should be replaced. The tv is not smart, so no netflix or possibility to connect a usb. I asked for clothing iron but no reply in 3 days. The checkout at 10.30 is too early. 11 or 12 would be better considering you can checkin at 15. There are some mosquitos.

Impossible de régler la Clim. Pas de personnel pour vous accueillir. Il faut traverser la rue pour le petit déjeuner. Personnel désolé, mais bof et petit déjeuner très tres moyen pour le prix..
