We weren’t given enough information. There is no reception with staff.
Were not told which room we were staying in so had to try code in other doors on that floor.
Were not told that breakfast is in the building across the road
Staff at the breakfast venue were extremely rude and dismissive

Il check-in solo online, di cui non c'era informazione su Booking, mi ha creato un problemino prontamente risolto dalla cortesia e disponibilità delle operatrici telefoniche.
Suggerirei comunque di evidenziare questa procedura e il fatto che in struttura non c'è una persona addetta al ricevimento del cliente e per eventuali altre necessità.

There are no glasses if you want to drink something or in the bathroom for your toothbrush. You have to stay barefoot, they do not offer any room slippers. There is no reception, no clothing iron, no restaurant, the breakfast across the street is minimal but good, it is the same each day. The fridge does not cool anything, the balcony is in bad shape, rusty chairs. The bathroom and the toilet in different rooms, unconvenient. The towels are white, clean but some have stains and should be replaced. The tv is not smart, so no netflix or possibility to connect a usb. I asked for clothing iron but no reply in 3 days. The checkout at 10.30 is too early. 11 or 12 would be better considering you can checkin at 15. There are some mosquitos.

Impossible de régler la Clim. Pas de personnel pour vous accueillir. Il faut traverser la rue pour le petit déjeuner. Personnel désolé, mais bof et petit déjeuner très tres moyen pour le prix..

Everything met my expectations.

Some information would have been great to have access to earlier through the app; once you get the access codes, you can check other several useful details there. Breakfast was decent but fairly standard. The fixed shower head had black spots on it, and storage was a bit limited as there was no proper closet, just a few hangers crammed against the wall. One thing to note: they have multiple locations under the same name, so it's easy to get confused about where to check in or find the breakfast room, but once you figure that out, everything runs smoothly.

No staff, no food, complicated digital entry system to access property and rooms. We thought this was a hotel as advertised but it's no more than a B&B and not a very good one.

The bed linen and towels had old, indelible stains. There is no reception desk at the hotel to ask for replacements.
The shower and bathroom are separated.

Medio complejo la forma de entrar, es con una app, y creo que depende de que tengas internet para que funcione, el primer ingreso por lo menos no fue lo mas comodo.
