Pros:

This was by far the best hotel I've stayed in Madina. The hotel was simply superb. The room was so spacious. The staff were great, especially Sultan and Naif at the reception. The location was so close to the Haram. They also gave me late check out after Jumah salah. I will always stay with Valy Al Madina Hotel.

A brilliant experience with wonderfully maintained facilities.
Pros:

The hotel is in excellent condition and offers a very good open buffet. It is located very close to the Prophet's Mosque, particularly the men's gates, and is only about an 8-minute walk to the women's gates.

Cons:

The air conditioning was so strong that I had to turn it off during my stay in July, yet cool air still drafted in through the door.
