هذه المرة جدا متعبه ومزعجه بسبب عدم وجود موقف للنزلاء
Pros:

قرب الفندق من الحرم النظافة بشكل عام ،واستقبال الموظفين جدا في غاية الروعة ، بوفية الفطور متنوع ولذيذ

Cons:

عدم وجود أولوية لنزلاء الفندق في المواقف سبب لنا ذلك عدم الارتياح في السكن والاقامة حيث نظطر الى الانتظار الساعه الكاملة خارجا او في بعض الاحيان لا نحصل على موقف

Pros:

The location is excellent, walking distance from Haram. The front desk staff Hashim and Feras are very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

The breakfast menu needs to be improved. My last stay was in Ramadan and menu was much better at that time.

Pros:

Welcoming staff, clean overall, very good location and variant breakfast menu. Staff were very helpful and shoutout to “shamim” for being super welcoming with the buffet.

Cons:

The hotel is very good, and the staff were very helpful. However, there was no parking available during my stay. It was very difficult to find parking, and I had to park my car far away, which made my trip very difficult.

Was not able to reach reception on phone whenever I wanted to speak with them. Room service from restaurant has very limited menu and it is same menu every time

كانت اقامتي 4 ليالي في الفندق مع العائلة وكنا في قمة السعادة والراحة خضوصاً النظافة وسرعة الاستجابة من العاملين بالفندق

إقامة رائعة وتجربة تستحق 5 نجوم. الفندق نظيف ومريح جدًا، وموقعه ممتاز وقريب من بوابة 37 لزيارة الروضة الشريفة. أعجبتنا الضيافة اليومية بالقهوة السعودية والرطب السكري والعصيرات. كما أن طاقم العمل كان متعاونًا ولطيفًا طوال فترة الإقامة. بالتأكيد سأكرر الزيارة وأنصح بالفندق بكل ثقة.
