Schöne Zimmer, schöne Lage, aber Eigentümerschaft legt sich nicht mehr so ins Zeug

Schöne, grosse Zimmer. Nettes Personal im Restaurant.

Cons:

Unter der Telefonnummer des Hotels auf Booking konnte ich vor der Abreise niemanden erreichen (veraltet). Bei der Ankunft musste ich intervenieren, als der Rezeptionsmitarbeiter mir den falschen Preis verrechnen wollte. Mühsame Depotregelung bei den Strandtüchern (erinnert an ein billiges Hostel). Wir haben auf die Strandtücher verzichtet. Kaffeemaschine hat nicht funktioniert. Abfluss in der Badewanne hat nicht geöffnet (musste mühsam von Hand herausgezogen werden). Badewanne auf dem Balkon war ausser Betrieb. Frühe Checkout-Zeit. Wir waren schon 4 Mal hier. Diesmal vermutlich das letzte Mal.

Veldig pent og fint hotell!
Beste frokosten vi spiste på turen!
De hadde samarbeid med the rock, som gjorde man hadde tilgang til solsenger på stranden, kort spasertur!
Store fine rom, stort bad og balkong
Gode store senger!

Cons:

Når vi skulle bestille taxi fra hotellet fikk vi dobbel pris enn det vi fikk av en taxisjåfør rett utenfor hotellet!
Litt mye palmer rundt bassengområdet så det ble litt lite sol ved bassenget
Noe maur på rommet

Had few issues which were resolved. Staff is excellent
Pros:

The staff were good. Tried to resolve issues that arose. Food is great too. Nice access to Kendwa beach

Cons:

Hygiene can be improved. Red towels, and not so clean room glasses and kettle. Lack of blanket and duvet.

Hakuna matata!
Pros:

The staff was always really friendly and helpful. The room was nice, but I wasn't 100% clear that I booked a room that will have all 4 beds inside, because images on the site were a bit confusing. Restaurant is really nice, and has good food, it is convenient to eat there, especially when they bring tables out next to pool.A big plus for this hotel is that the guests can use beach and sunbeds on Kendwa Rocks beach which is nice and close, and very good for Kendwa - so it is almost like this hotel is "beachfront".

Cons:

I think they had some problems with the pool while we were there, so it was emptied out at times, filters didn't work at times - so it was barely usable - but you don't come to Zanzibar for the pool, heh. Also the power cuts are very often, but that doesn't have anything to do with the hotel itself.

Excellent, si un jour je peux, j’y reviens!!!!
Pros:

Tout était très bien.
L’accès à la plage nous a été montré par le personnel de l’accueil.
Petit déjeuner très bon, les repas sont excellents .piscine très agréable.
Le repas du soir, pris au bord de la piscine, c’était tout simplement les cadre parfait!!!

Cons:

La clim dans la chambre est un peu bruyante.
Mais surtout lors des coupures d’électricité, le bruit des groupes est un peu désagréable.

Poolen,massagen og den ældre man i restauranten

Cons:

Hotellet var uden strøm,den første dag næsten hele dagen og derefter mange gange om dagen,aften og natten under hele opholdet.
Aircon kunne man kun skrue op og ned på ,ikke andet og ingen display så det graderne måtte man gætte sig til

Bra att kunna använda grannhotellets strandområde. Fint läge på strandrestaurangen som hör till hotellet.

Cons:

Aircondition trasig två kvällar och ibland inget vatten. Lite för mycket turister i Kendwa för vår smak.
