Very pleasant stay, I recommend it
Pros:

We had a 2 bedroom apartment, very big, clean and nicely arranged. Receptive personnel, we asked for 2 more bathrobes and it was promptly solved. Good choice of food both for morning and dinner. I recommend the option with meals, as there are no restaurants around. Big and clean pool, with jacuzzi and sauna. Parking in front of the hotel.Overall, a very pleasant experience, I highly recommend it and would gladly be back again

Not very close to town (1,8. Km to gondola, but not on flat ground)

Pros:

Персоналът изключително внимателен, специални благодарности на Вихрен. Голям апартамент, чист и удобен. Прекрасна панорама. В СПА центъра и басейнът спокойно и чисто. Храната много добра и за закуска, и за вечеря. Пресни кроасанчета и домашни десерти ни бяха фаворитите.

Cons:

Липсва климатик! Беше страшно топло.
Много твърди легла.

Удобни легла. Прекрасен изглед към Банско и към планината. Много добро СПА и басейн с всичко необходимо.

нямахме предварителна информация, че за да се ползва кухнята за самостоятелно готвене е небходимо да се заяви кухненски сет, срещу ежедневна такса.
