Pros:

Хороший завтрак. Вкусный кофе в капсулах прямо в номере, хороший спа. Хороший парень на рецепшене при нашем отъезде, мы хотим отметить его доброжелательность и клиентоориентированность

Cons:

При заезде девушка на рецепшене была недовольная и постоянно кашляла и чихала, пока выдавала нам карту. Она кашляла нам на карту потом отдала и карту и бумагу нам. В итоге у меня тоже заболело горло!!! В целом персонал девушки вообще не доброжелательные, не улыбаются и все у них как одолжение. Но очень хороший парень был при нашем отъезде.
Расположение неудобное до остановки далеко идти , сам отель на горе

Super pobyt obecne, rozhodne doporucuji :)
Pros:

Ubytovani bylo ciste, pohodlne, na urovni. Jizda lanovkou urcite super zazitek kor pokud jedete s detmi (obcas ta lanovka vecer nejezdi, ale ihned je nachystany shuttle bus). Snidane skvela, bohaty vyber. Neomezeny wellness taky super.

Cons:

Slecna na recepci by mohla mit vhodnejsi ci trpelivejsi chovani - jiste neni na miste, aby se chovala urazene ci defenzivne pokud vlastne k tomu neni ani duvod. Wellness je v hodne tmave mistnosti takze je treba s tim trochu pocitat.

Kein Deutsch an der Rezeption. Deutschland ist ein Nachbarland von Tschechien, da sollte Deutsch selbstverständlich sein.

Prágai hétvége
Pros:

A személyzet kedves, jó a kiszolgálás. Az étterem és a bár is nagyon jó volt. Teljesen jó árban vannak az ételek és italok. Jó helyen van a szálloda, minden gyorsan megközelíthető. A reggeli bőséges és finom volt. Kényelmes volt az ágy. A szoba és fürdőszoba mérete megfelelő. Az ablakunk egy erdőre nézett, jó volt hallani a madarak csicsergését. A bár éjfélig volt nyitva.

Cons:

Plusz költség a parkolás és alig találtunk parkolóhelyet a garázsban. A garázs bejárata és kijárata nagyon szűk, nagy autóval alig tudtunk be- és kifordulni. A szoba berendezése elég össze-vissza volt stílusban és színekben is. A fürdőszoba nem volt a legtisztább. Egy felvonóval kell felmenni a szállodába egy másik szállodán keresztül, mikor siet az ember, akkor nem jó erre várni. Néha többen is vártak a felvonóra, mint ahányan beférnek, emiatt hosszabb idő volt a fel, vagy lejutás. A wellness nem túl nagy, egy kis medence, egy jaccuzi és egy szauna van benne. Nem sok ember fér el a wellness részlegen. Szerintem ár-érték arányban nem megfelelő a szálloda. A lift nagyon messze volt a mi szobánktól, pedig voltak közelebbi szobák is, nem tudom miért nem azt kaptuk meg.

Overall it was a cery pleasant and enjoyable stay.
Pros:

The location was good for travelling into the centre of prague. Also the breakfast was excellent.

Cons:

The tv in the room was dated. There was no facility to chrome cast to tour phkne and there were only a couple of english speaking channels. Maybe an upgrade on rge tv would help. Only other thing is no milk was provided rooms for tea and coffee.
