The view from the room was beautiful, and the hotel was quiet, although you could still hear the highway in the distance.

Cons:

What disappointed me was the lack of clear information during booking. It was my first time staying at this hotel, and nowhere was it made clear that my room would be in a different building requiring a shuttle. When I asked about it at reception, the staff member reacted as if I should have already known, which was not a very welcoming experience.

The biggest issue was the Wi-Fi. It did not work in my room because the signal was too weak. I reported it, but initially I was simply told that nothing could be done. Later they said a technician had checked it, but the problem remained. When I asked about changing rooms, the response again felt unhelpful and somewhat unfriendly.

With friendlier service at the reception (especially in the lower building) and reliable Wi-Fi, this could have been an excellent stay. Unfortunately, considering the price, these issues significantly affected the overall experience.

Pros:

Jako vždy, neskutečný a nepopsatelný zážitek, který pro mě a mou přítelkyni pan hoteliér připravil.

Ačkoliv jsme se rozhodli posnídat jinde, ještě doteď se cítím provinile z toho, že jsem tento výjimečný kulinářský zážitek odmítnul…ale ruku na srdce, musíme zkoušet i nové věci a zážitky rovněž.

NH je pro mě definicí kvalitního ubytování za super cenu a opět potvrzuje fakt, že se na něj konkurence nechytá a věřím, že ještě dlouho chytat nebude.

Cons:

Přízemní apartmány jsou sice krásné, ale pokud si člověk chce nechat závěsy roztáhlé, pak nejsou příliš praktické.

Náhodně procházející se hosté, kteří vidí až do pokoje, nejsou pro nás úplně žádoucí, ačkoliv přiznávám fakt, že řešení je v zatáhnutí závěsů…rád bych ale i viděl ven bez obav, že nás svou přítomností obnaží náhodní procházející se hosté.

Hotel jsme navštívili již po druhé, super ubytování, wellness v ceně, výborná snídaně.
