Very bad
Cons:

I reserved a room with a lot of options and paid a high price but they gave me a room in another hotel with none of those options. It was not worth of the money I paid.
It was a cheating I believe.

Best night sleep in ages, beautiful house and gardens
Pros:

Super comfortable beds and pillows. Bright light room. Peaceful and quiet. The breakfast basket exceeded expections.
The surrounding gardens are beautifully kept and the Tram and Trains are easily reachable on foot. I will definitely be booking again.

Cons:

Coffee and tea in the room. coffee was sweetened

Pros:

I arrived late so I liked the self-checkin instructions. I liked the whole villa and its beautiful yard and how well secured and safe it felt, and the breakfast service on door in the morning.

The urban area that is too far away from the city center.

Pros:

Baš nam je bilo lepo i prijatno. Vila ima neki poseban šarm i taj stari aristokratski duh koji nam se baš dopao. Rado bismo došli ponovo.

Alles bestens!
Pros:

Die Villa liegt mitten in der Stadt, doch sobald man den wunderschönen Garten betritt hat man das Gefühl in einen anderen Welt zu sein. Da da es Frühstück wohl nur im Haupthaus gibt, ein paar Autominuten entfernt, konnte man sich ein Frühstückskörbchen zum Zimmer bestellen. Dieses wurde nach 06:00 Uhr geliefert und war aus meiner Sicht ausreichend.

Cons:

Man musste an der Straße parken - war aber trotzdem soweit ok

I ordered room for 2 but got single :(
Pros:

- room was clean
- late check in

Cons:

I ordered a room for 2 people and got a single bed, its unacceptable! I immediately left however the hotel made a lot of problems with refund (I still didnt grt full refund).
So I can say that the service and experience was HORRIBLE.

Чудове тихе місце.

Cons:

Навряд чи це можна покращити, але дуже не сподобалися сходи. Вони досить круті та з поворотом, після важкого дня це було проблемою.

Обман, це не готель зі сніданком.
Cons:

Обман. Бронювали готель із сніданком, щоб вранці встати, поснідати і поїхати далі в дорогу. Оплата звісно зразу, кошти не повертають. Виявилося, що це апартаменти. І снідати йти або в заклад за 30 хвилин пішки або принесуть в номер. Де їсти? На журнальному столику? За користуванням посуду і чайником виставили ціну 20€. що ніде не прописано на сайті. На сніданок каву в стіках порошок принесли і кількість одні булки майже, інше для однієї особи мало, а це було оплачено для двох осіб. Не рекомендую сюди заселятися. Фото сніданку на двох осіб додаю.

дуже сумно, не ночуйте тут за такі гроші.

мені не сподобалось: відмова паркуватися біля будинку, заставили на вулиці. тому прийшлось знімати всі речі з мотоцикла і носити в кімнату 100 м. в ванні дуже брудно, багато жіночого чорного волося, розкладе ліжко!, і кімната без питної води, не розумів як зробити каву і чай. хіба з під крана( Все розумію, але це не вартує оцінки на букінгу 8,5 і близько, ціна 103 євро. Тому будьте обережні, тут весело.
