Pros:

Wunderschönes Zimmer, wunderschöner Garten, sehr geschmackvoll einherichtet! Die Frühstücksbox hat gut geklappt.

Cons:

Bei kurzfristiger Buchung war es etwas umständlich, den Eingangscode zu bekommen. Ohne Internet geht nichts. Das Frühstück ist 2 km entfernt einzunehmen. Ein Auto muss ausserhalb der Anlage parkiert werden.

Pros:

Villamossal mentem, pont a kapu előtt volt a megállóhely.
Egész nap a kertben gyönyörködtető.
Óriási szobát kaptam pedig egyedül voltam.
Saját konyha is volt a szobában.
Legujjabb design egy 200 éves épületben.
Legközelebb a is ide jövök..

The location is good, the building and the garden is beautiful.

Cons:

The room was so dirty, the shower wasn't clean, we found the opend shower cream in it from the previous people. ☹️
The bed was full with black hair. We had to clean it before we slept. That was disgusting.
After 30 minutes my white socks was black! ☹️ They gave 2 rolls toilet papers for 2 nights! We went to the shop to buy more.
The breakfast: we asked for box breakfast, which was very poor and wasn't fresh. 1 morning we got 2 slices salami for 2 people! That was a joke.

It was nice, but that is mostly since the place was clean and calm and Budapest is so good.
Pros:

Villa is beautifull, It is very quiet and clean. Not close to the center and parking situation could be handled better, but we managed.

Cons:

Breakfast (we chose the option to get it in location and not going to hotel) was very basic. It wasnt bad, just for the price I expected a bit better. Bread was very dry and not so fresh. I suggest to anyone to drop the breakfast option and go somewhere out to eat. Or prepare something before.

Another thing is that pictures for rooms are a bit misleading.
We had 2 Standard Queen Rooms and those very very small and cramped. Rooms were nice and clean but as for comfort could be much better. Dont know how are the larger rooms but I assume those are much better.

I would advise anyone staying here is to get a larger room, and stay will be great then. Again all looked great, facilities are very nice and clean.

Pros:

Bydlení super, lokalita dobrá...dobrá dostupnost do centra...tramvajová zastávka hned u bydleni, personál milý, zejména v zařízení kam jsem šli 2x na snídani. V našem ubytování jsme nikoho nepotkali, příjemné soukromi

Cons:

Problém s dřívějším prijezdem, telefonát ohledně získání PIN k bydlení nebyl příliš příjemný, připadali jsme si jako že obtezujeme a zdrzujeme. Nicméně poté zbytek ubytování bez problemu a na jedničku. Snídaně proběhla v druhém zařízení asi 5min autem...parkování naštěstí bylo 1misto, nemají své parkoviště...i když jsem počítal, že ano. Snídaně dostačující, akorát v určitou dobu fronta na kávu, druhý den jsme šli později a super bez problemu.
