A localização é excelente, perto do comércio, restaurantes e dos embarcadouros onde se tomam as lanchas para conhecer os outros povoados do Lago Atitlan.
A hospedagem é muita limpa e bem cuidada.

A única ressalva foi o chuveiro que tinha pouca saída de água e a água esfriava rapidamente.

Limpieza, ubicación, personal. Absolutamente todo, si tienes la habitación en la planta baja.
Si estás en las habitaciones del piso superior ( no fue mi caso), el acceso es por unas escaleras de caracol muy incómodas y el baño está en la planta baja. Son dos edificios que no están comunicados, tienes que dar la vuelta por fuera de recepción, sería muy fácil solucionarlo.

The location is in the quiet backyard of Santander Street, the main strip with all offers from restaurants & bars, street food, souvenir shops and convenience stores. It is also only a 4 min walk to the shore of the lake.
The room was spacious and equipped with a fan. the beds were clean and comfortable. The shared bathroom was just outside the room and very clean as well.
the hotel has two buildings, both with a rooftop terrace.
I liked the free coffee that was provided in the morning and late afternoon. Also the water dispenser was a great extra.
They charge a 5% extra for credit card payments.

my room was one floor above, the stairs were very not spacious to take up luggage, and the shared bathroom was one floor down. so overall, quite inconvenient.
Tienen un lorito que saluda y dice hola y hello, es cercano al muelle y esta en la calle santander donde se encuentra todo el comercio, a pesar de ser una calle ruidosa, pudimos dormir bastante bien
Buena ubicación y personal muy servicial. Tienen servicio de lavandería calidad-precio estupendo y dejan la ropa oliendo rico.
A nuestra llegada el baño tenía pelos de los anteriores huéspedes y olía a cañerías y/o humo del exterior. Las toallas tras un uso olían a humedad. Por el precio del hospedaje no se puede pedir mucho pero podrían mejorar estos aspectos.
Muy buena ubicación, limpio y cómodo.
Patio agradable con mesitas y cocina con suficientes utensilios.
