Everything was excellent
The staffs are good
The hotels is not very fancy and no Air Conditioners in most of the rooms.
The first night, the receptionists helped me with courage and care.
The bar is annoying, staffs are indispline, and the servers delivered food an hour late, around 11 pm. And they came to pick up dirty dishes the next day after 2 pm. It is very hard to sleep due to too much noise from the bar. They say the bar close 11 pm but you can hear noise even after 12, 1 pm

He tenido que solicitar la factura 5 veces y tras amenazarlos con denunciarlos a Booking me la ha enviado.
Solicité servicio de lavandería y me perdieron parte de la ropa, el resto me la dieron mojada a pesar de que informé que volaría pronto y la necesitaría seca.
Great hosts and shuttle service. Friendly and helpful. Don’t hold out for breakfast.

Location is convenient for the airport and new building is very nice and clean
My email exchange with the hotel and confirmation clearly stated what I had booked, times of arrival and departure and the price. I paid on arrival and the next morning I was told that I had to pay another $10 for the airport transfer because I wanted drop off. They said only pick up was free, despite what was stated in their confirmation email.
10pm checkout was also included in the confirmation email but I was told that I had to pay an additional $44.
Mistakes can happen but if this was a mistake on their part, there was no apology and I left with an 11 hr wait at the airport.
They said that the email from the Martin Aviator Reservation Manager via Booking.com must have come from someone else!
