The stay was kind of sad as it was not worth the money. The worst part of munnar trip was this stay.
Pros:

The property is in a good location.

Cons:

The bedsheets were dirty and the room is Non Ac, The pool is common and the staffs are non cooperative. Not recommended.

There is no proper board.. Little confused find hotel..
It is difficult for the elderly to enter the hotel.. Many steps... Otherwise everything is fine..

The location was great. Nice place and neat beautiful surroundings

Cons:

They give a room with a sheet roofing, while in all photos the room was great in all angles. Too much noisy when raining. Hot water was not there. While checkout time They said somebody closed hot water tap. Also asked for lunch, but the caretaker said lunch NOT available. After having lunch from outside they are saying lunch was available. Power failure every time, was really disappointing.

Pros:

Nice views from the room, plenty of staff. Nice pool

Cons:

Tables outside very sticky, local dog slept on sun loungers leaving them dirty, generator by the pool was very noisy, all very scruffy and tired . Noisy road alongside.
Difficult to find as not marked as "Wild Elephant" resort from the road.

Overpriced, overrated, unhygienic, food quality below average, Total money waste 😞

There was a spider in our bathroom on the mirror, Dead cockroaches near our beds, and we had to order dinner at 6:00 pm. Empty utensils were not picked till the next morning, The king's room with a mountain view is wrongly advertised. Rooms and pictures don't match. King's room with mountain view should be in range 2500-3000 maximum instead of 7000 that they are charging. Even a room in trident kochi is for 5000, Radisson kochi for 4500. The app should sincerely check the rating which is not correct and misleading for the tourists. Total money waste. Nobody could sleep due to loud noises of bats and crickets. No activities for kids, pool not usable and without filter. The room was very bad and overcharged. Feels cheated. No telephone in the room to call reception, no hot water in the washbasin of their costliest room, Bedsheets were dirty. Seriously it was our worst ever stay in the last 3 decades of our travels.

The food was really good.

Cons:

Our room had no shower or bath but advertised that it does. It was dirty, we asked to be moved to another room but couldn’t until the following day. This felt more like a hostel than a hotel. The first night lots of locals partying in the hotel till late so really noisy. Booking.com need to
