Bel hôtel très bien situé, nous avons apprécié l’accueil
Pros:

Très bon emplacement, proche de Fira, bon accueil et belle architecture. Les chambres sont très propres

Cons:

Parking petit et difficile d’accès. Les peintures de la chambres sont à refaire car déjà usées.

- L’emplacement est vraiment top, beaucoup de restaurants à proximité, et en même temps éloigné de l’agitation
- La piscine privée est vraiment très sympa !!
- Le logement est spacieux, joli et bien agencé

- Le petit déjeuner était vraiment très très très décevant !! Très peu de choix, et la qualité des aliments était assez moyenne
- La literie n’était pas à mon goût

The hotel was very nice and modern, and Maria was extremely helpful and kind throughout the stay.

The only downside was the location. On the map it appeared quite close to the main center, but in reality you have to walk along a somewhat isolated road to get there. It felt a bit unsafe, especially early in the morning and at night when there weren’t many people around.

I also would have loved if the jacuzzi had been cleaner. There were flies in it, so I wasn’t able to use it during my stay.

The location was superb, so close to Fira.
Our room was lovely overlooking the sea.
Our bed was comfortable.
It was lovely having the hot tub.
And we used both air con and heating in the room as nights was chilly.
Breakfast was plentiful.

Cons:

It needed a general waste bin in living area.
The hot tub could have been a bit warmer as the weather was rather cold and that affected the temperature of it.
Could do with a facility too keep hot breakfast choices warmer.

Lovely part of the world and really nice accommodation.
Pros:

Rooms really nice and very clean.
Staff really helpful throughout stay.
The location was 5 minutes walk from town centre.

Cons:

Would probably have preferred that the accommodation was on the other side of the town/hillside.

Pros:

L'amabilité et le professionnalisme de Penelope : le fait de recevoir un message la veille via whatsapp nous a rassuré, elle nous a donné des adresses pour dîner, des informations sur les sites à découvrir et elle est francophone.
Ce qui nous a touché est la petite attention portée pour l'anniversaire de notre fils.

Pros:

Ontbijt was geweldig 🤩 de service was ook top! Echt een aanrader! Er wordt duidelijk gecommuniceerd en je mag alles vragen en het wordt voor je geregeld!

Cons:

Alleen de trap was een beetje smal naar boven.
