Mondays to Fridays - 06:30 to 12:30, and 17:00 to 19:00.
Saturdays and Sundays: 06:30 to 13:00.

Check-in and check-out are available at any time on prior request. Guests should contact the property in advance to arrange collecting the keys.

Please note that the hotel accepts cash, EC cards and Maestro as payment methods.

Das Hotel ist ruhig gelegen nur etwa 5 Minuten zu Fuß vom Bahnhof entfernt, von dem aus man in 11 Minuten in Basel ist. Einen Parkplatz für den PKW konnte man für einen sehr fairen Preis hinzubuchen. Das Frühstück war klein aber fein und die gekochten Eier absolut perfekt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Pros:

Wir (Mutter mit 2 Töchtern) waren nun schon zum dritten Mal in der Pensionsieben. Ein idealer Ausgangspunkt zum Besuch der Fondation Beyeler in Basel-Riehen mit Auto oder Bahn. Sehr hübsche Zimmer (auch der Frühstücksraum), nettes Personal, unkompliziertes Einchecken. Gute Lokale in Fußnähe.

Alles Perfekt für den Kurzurlaub
Pros:

Sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Alles sehr unkompliziert, vom Parkplatz, über den Eintritt per Chip, bis zum Frühstück. Es ist ein altes schnuckeliges Gemäuer, also kein Hilton, war zumindest von uns aber auch nicht gewünscht oder erwartet 😉.
Das Gratisbahnticket ist dann noch die Kirsche auf dem Kuchen, waren mit dem Zug selbst noch in Freiburg, Fahrzeit ca. 1 Stunde. Das kann ich nur empfehlen, absolut tolle Stadt (Note 1)
Die Lage zum Bahnhof und der Gastronomie ist top. Danke für den netten Aufenthalt.

Cons:

Die Stadt Basel ist unserer Ansicht nach nicht das was man von der teuren Schweiz erwartet, können wir leider nicht weiter empfehlen (max. Note 4)

Hat aber logischerweise mit dem Hotel absolut nichts zu tun, nur als Hinweis für Urlauber gedacht.
