I have gluten sensitivity. I got a glutein free bread, but it was not too tasty. I know it is not the fault of the hotel, the staff was very helpful. Scrambled eggs would be nice as a hot dish, it is a standard breakfast item.

It was clean
The card for locking the door was not functioning and I had to ask reception to fix it several times. Also TV’s are not working. Some parts of what we got for breakfast ware not fresh

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel, and the biggest reason I would gladly return is the exceptional staff. In particular, Kübra and two other members of the team whose names, unfortunately, I cannot remember, were incredibly polite, attentive, and supportive throughout our stay.
We had quite a few requests, and at times I honestly wondered if we might be asking too much or if the staff might become exhausted by all our questions and requests. However, every single time, they remained patient, kind, and genuinely helpful. Their attitude made us feel welcome and cared for, and that kind of hospitality is something I truly appreciate.
One gesture that meant a lot to us was when my parents arrived in the morning. Although the official check-in time was around 2PM, the staff kindly prepared our rooms and allowed my parents to settle in and get some much-needed rest. This was incredibly thoughtful and showed how much they genuinely cared about their guests.
Because of the staff, I would happily stay at this hotel again and again whenever I travel there. A hotel can have beautiful facilities, but it is the people who truly make a stay memorable - and this hotel's staff certainly did that for us.
I was also a little worried about the breakfast after reading a few reviews from other guests. However, after experiencing it myself, I honestly found those reviews rather unfair. Of course, one should not compare the breakfast at a hotel of this level with the breakfast offered by a luxury five-star hotel. Within the context of this hotel, I found the quality and variety of the breakfast to be above my expectations. Everything was perfectly satisfactory for the hotel's category, and I enjoyed it.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel, especially because of its wonderful and genuinely helpful staff. Kübra and her colleagues made our stay much more pleasant than it would have been otherwise. Thank you for the excellent hospitality—we will definitely be back!
One small piece of information that I think would be helpful to mention directly in the hotel's description is that the hotel is located on a street with a noticeable slope. This is not a problem for us and certainly did not affect our overall experience, but it could be useful information for guests, particularly those travelling with elderly people or anyone who may have difficulty walking uphill. I would much rather see this kind of practical information clearly mentioned in the hotel description than only discover it through individual guest reviews.
