Week away with granddaughter loved it

Great 4 night break
Pros:

This is our go-to hotel ideal for winter gardens, coral island, Houndshill shopping centre etc. Staff & amenities are top class, brilliant breakfast, decent bar prices , very clean rooms, friendly & helpful staff all in all a top hotel , will be returning again later in the year.

Pros:

Very friendly staff, great location.

Cons:

The lift was a bit dodgy, only can fit 2 people in very confined space, needs updating. Breakfast ok but needed a few extras.

Felt at home.
Pros:

Staff are very friendly and helpful and can't do enough. Breakfast is nice and tasty and and can be tailored to your liking. Bed was firm but very comfortable and I slept well. Overall a pleasant experience. ☺️ We will definitely return.

Great hotel with brilliant staff, just don’t have high expectations with rooms, they are basic but do the job
Pros:

Lots of rooms so great for big parties. Staff so friendly, helpful & have great banter. Good price for a good location.

Cons:

Some rooms are quite dated and the bathrooms are not great. Showers are pretty awful in most rooms with such slow flowing water.

Great location, 5 minute walk to the beach

Cons:

The room had recently been painted and smelled strongly of paint/gloss. The shower was pretty useless.
Received a fine for £100 for going 50 mins over on parking

Das Personal war sehr nett. Die Lage war super und der Parkplatz neben dem Hotel.

Cons:

Das Zimmer wurde die ganzen 3 Tage nicht gereinigt. Kein Müll geleert keine frischen Handtücher.

Location was great, and price was reasonable, but just needs a refresh
Pros:

Breakfast was lovely and the dining room was spotless

Cons:

I was originally booked into the beechfield but got a call to change it to their sister hotel. I thought the staff were pretty miserable and quite curt. Not particularly helpful. The carpet in my room was filthy and stained. The bathroom although clean
was in dire need of a refresh all the sealant was away from the sink and walls
