Good
Pros:

location near beach, hot water, room service,

Cons:

old and spotty towels, the hotel should invest in new towels; the day time receptionist in not professional, she has an unpleasant attitude, she abuses her manager rank, but I like the evening receptionist lady, she really is really professional.
