Perfect little place to escape and relax
Pros:

Very relaxed atmosphere, run by wonderful people. Friendly vibes and a lot of fun. Yummy breakfasts. Beautiful remote location, where you can watch the sunrise over the ocean.

Cons:

It’s pretty low key in terms of the facilities, so if you want a fancy resort it might not be for you.

The perfect place for a simple relaxing time
Pros:

If you're looking for a mega resort with all the amenities and a horde of wide eyed tourists commenting on how everything is different from back home, this isn't the place for you.

If you are looking for a place to totally unwind away from the mega resorts with staff that feel more like family and you can have a few drinks with in the evening and a pack of dogs, cats and chickens you can cuddle with, all for a reasonable price this is the place for you.

If you're staying in one of the bungalows on the water there aren't many things in life more relaxing than laying in your room with the sliding doors fully open and just enjoy the view of the sea, the fishing boats coming and going and the spectacular sunrise.

It's not brand new, parts of the resort are well lived and loved but it adds to the charm..

As some people have commented on, there's no real restaurant on site but you several options (local and international) within walking distance and it'll take you 10mins on a scooter to get to the nearest little town.

Cons:

Because it is on the east side of the island the beaches aren't as beautifully pristine as somewhere like Khem beach in the south but it is easy enough to get to places like long beach and Khem (25mins in a taxi)

Frühstück ging so, Personal war sehr freundlich

Cons:

Die ganze Anlage war heruntergekommen, hinter unserem Bungalow türmte sich der Abfall und im Raum hat vieles gefehlt, Wasserkocher, Steckdose neben Spiegel usw.

Good for stay in a silent place with the sandy beach, shallow sea and nice nature.

Pros:

It's a waterfront location. Owner has five Dogs who are going to come out to driveway when and if you come back late at night. So I bought some leftovers back so the dogs will calm down and remember me better. The location has a lot of wind. Water not clean to swim but nice to hear the waves. It was windy mostly which is because when there is no wind there mosquitoes tend to become an issue. There are some other places around that has restaurants that are pretty good. This location is away from the most busiest areas but easily accessible by scooter for day trips.

Cons:

Main negative was possible Mosquitoes when the wind dies.

Pros:

Wir haben während unseres Aufenthalts auf der Insel die Unterkunft gewechselt und sind hier gelandet, da es uns auf der anderen Seite der Insel einfach zu laut war – und das war die beste Entscheidung. Hier war es komplett anders: unglaublich ruhig, entspannt und genau das, was wir gesucht haben.

Die Besitzerin sowie alle anderen vor Ort waren super freundlich, herzlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an willkommen und wohlgefühlt. Die Ausstattung hat vollkommen ihren Zweck erfüllt, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Besonders praktisch war, dass wir den Roller direkt in der Unterkunft mieten konnten.

Ein besonderes Highlight waren die vielen Hunde vor Ort – alle unglaublich lieb, zutraulich und sehr niedlich. Sie haben zur entspannten Atmosphäre perfekt beigetragen und ließen sich alle streicheln.

Die direkte Lage am Meer rundet alles ab. Es war ein sehr, sehr schöner und extrem erholsamer Aufenthalt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Super ruhige Lage und nicht so Touristisch was uns sehr gut gefallen hat 🥰

also wir waren mega begeistert! wir waren vorhin am unteren Ende der Insel auf Phu Quoc, wo alles Fake war und wir hassten es dort .. waren also überglücklich, als wir im Freedom Beach Resort ankamen, das war genau das was wir brauchten und für uns war es perfekt!
ich liebe Tiere und da ich meine im Urlaub sehr vermisse, freute ich mich über die tierische Gesellschaft!
die Bungalows hatten alle Charme, auch wenn sie nicht auf den modernsten Stand sind, es gab nichts woran es uns fehlte
die Besitzerin ist super lieb und half wo es nur ging, wir hatten mal eine Panne mit dem Roller und sie hat uns sofort geholfen und sich gemeldet - danke dafür!
wir liebten es sehr, dass es so ausserhalb des Trubels und der errichteten Scheinwelt war
weil ich gelesen habe, dass es verwahrlost ist und so viel Müll herumliegt, dem kann ich nur widersprechen, die Volunteers säubern täglich den Strand und sammeln den vom Meer angespülten Müll auf
.. also für uns ein perfekter Urlaubsabschluss auf Phu Quoc :)

Biggest disappointment
Pros:

The only positive thing was the girls at the reception who smiled and tried their best - they spoke perfect English!
The rooms are well equipped, very comfortable bed!
The view from the window is romantic.

Cons:

There is no bar in the hotel, there is no possibility to order anything, the territory is very dirty and unkempt (even branches and leaves are not raked), there is no place to sunbathe.
Even the table next to the reception was always piled high with dirty dishes and personal belongings :(
The biggest problem was the electricity - it was out 2 days before we arrived and also on the day of arrival :( We weren't even warned about it... As a result, the internet didn't work either (the place is remote and the mobile phone SIM reception is very poor - we tried buying two different SIMs).

At night, the electricity appeared and the electrical outlet in our house started to crackle, but at 5 am it exploded with fire. We couldn't find anyone at night and left this hotel in the morning :(

The water is also quite dirty - everything you put in the toilet comes out of the house :( Sharp corals on the stairs, hard to get into the water without scratching yourself.
With a little effort, this place could be cleaned up and spruced up - it has a promising location!

Für uns perfekt!
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr unkompliziert, lieb und zuvorkommend. Auch ein Moped wurde uns vermietet, das braucht es auch für die Unabhängigkeit. Wir haben damit in 3 Tagen die Insel erkundet und viel davon gesehen.

Cons:

Ende November war es sehr windig, so dass auch die Schnorcheltour mehrmals abgesagt wurde, das Meer braun, deshalb konnten wir den Strand nicht geniessen.

Ciekawe przeżycie ale drugi raz bym sie nie skusił
Pros:

Sam nocleg oceniam jako atrakcję, spanie na wodzie jest czymś wyjątkowym.

Cons:

Pokój nie był czysty, rano po łóżku chodziły jakieś robaczki. Dodatkowo w nocy bardzo wiało i można było odnieść wrażenie że domek zaraz odleci. Nie polecam dla osób ceniących sobie spokój. Z kranu co jakiś czasu samoczynnie lała się woda.

Pros:

Dormir sobre el agua es una experiencia única, el sonido del mar que te envuelve, ver el amanecer en soledad, observar el mar desde tu cama u observar a los pescadores desde la ventana de tu baño...para mí ha sido increíble
