Das Personal war hilfsbereit und ich durfte früh einchecken.

Cons:

Leider ist nicht sauber, Teppich voller Flecken, Dusche halb defekt, schimmel und Feuchtigkeit im Zimmer, ein Wechsel angeblich war nicht möglich

تجربة مخيبة للامال بشكل كبير جداً .. لا ينصح به نهائياً

القرب من وسط البلد … فقط

Cons:

لا أنصح أي شخص، وخاصة العائلات، بالإقامة في هذا الفندق بناءً على تجربتي الشخصية السيئة للغاية.

منذ لحظة الوصول، كانت البداية غير مشجعة، حيث لا يوجد موظف لمساعدة النزلاء في حمل الحقائب، ولا حتى عربة (Trolley) لنقل الأمتعة.

أما النظافة، فهي للأسف كانت أسوأ ما واجهناه. الحمام بدا وكأنه لم يتم تنظيفه منذ فترة طويلة، وكانت آثار الإهمال واضحة. كما وجدنا الغبار متراكمًا على أطراف السرير وعلى النوافذ، وهو أمر غير مقبول إطلاقًا في أي فندق يستقبل الضيوف.

الأمر الأكثر خطورة كان وجود أسلاك كهربائية مكشوفة خلف الستارة، مما يشكل خطرًا حقيقيًا على سلامة النزلاء، خصوصًا الأطفال، وكان من الصادم أن تُترك بهذه الحالة دون معالجة.

ما زاد من سوء التجربة هو تعامل موظفي الفندق، حيث لم نجد أي اهتمام أو تجاوب مع ملاحظاتنا، وكان أسلوبهم يتسم بالبرود وعدم الاكتراث، ولم يبذلوا أي محاولة جادة لحل المشكلات أو تحسين الوضع.

بسبب جميع هذه الأمور، اضطررنا إلى مغادرة الفندق في اليوم الأول وعدم استكمال الليلة الثانية، رغم أننا كنا قد حجزنا للإقامة لمدة أطول، لأننا لم نشعر بالراحة أو بالنظافة أو حتى بالأمان.

أنصح كل من يفكر في الإقامة هنا، خاصة إذا كان برفقة عائلته، بإعادة النظر جيدًا قبل الحجز. كانت تجربة مخيبة للآمال بكل المقاييس، وآمل أن تقوم إدارة الفندق بمعالجة هذه المشكلات الأساسية، وعلى رأسها النظافة، والسلامة، وجودة خدمة العملاء

إقامة سيئة لا انصح بها.

لقد كانت الإقامة سيئة لدرجة كبيرة والأسباب ما يلي:
التعامل من قبل الموظف المسؤول باردة وغير جدية
المصعد معطل
وجدنا صرصور في الحمام، وكانت إجابتهم بشكل بارد "سوف نزيله"
السجاد وسخ واضطررنا للبس حذاء من اجل المشي في الغرفة
الحمام يحتوي على لفافة ورق مستعمله من الزبون السابق
لا يوجد ستارة شفافة بحيث تدخل اضاءة ولا تكشفنا، فقط ستارة واحدة اما ان تنعدم الإضاءة او تتكشف على البناء المقابل القريب جداً
قمنا بطلب الغاء مجاني بواسطته واخذوا منا 10 دنانير لإقامة مدتها ساعة واحدة، لم نستطع ان نقيم اكثر من ذلك
كل شيء أساسي يجب ان تطلبه بشكل شخصي مثل ورق الحمام والمناشف
والطلب يكون عبر النزول إلى اللوبي لانه لا يوجد هاتف
