Overall the accomandation was perfect, but the communicaiton is very poor.
Cons:

It was impossible to reach the hotel via phone.
My questions onlüne never answered.
( I tried to ask the number of beds in the room and inform about my late check-in… no success.)
The personel in the reception could be more friendly in the dialogue.
