Pros:

Las instalaciones muy buenas y personal muy amable.

Cons:

Las piezas daban al pasillo, cuando llegaba gente a las otras habitaciones, se escuchaba muy fuerte.

Come a casa!
Pros:

La cordialità da parte dello staff a gestione familiare, e la loro predisposizione ad aiutare me e i due backpacker con cui sono arrivato. Hanno fornito un letto extra quando necessario ed erano sempre a disposizione anche quando necessitavamo di lasciare gli zaini per un giorno in più. Anche la colazione era molto ricca, sembrava di stare in famiglia!

Cons:

Forse l’unico aspetto migliorabile è la rapidità nel comunicare tempestivamente con i clienti via booking

Pros:

Hôtel efficace et pratique. Nous étions de passage, très bien pour cela. Bien situé dans la ville de Puno. Les personnel est très sympathique et aidant. Les chambres sont propres et confortables. Nous n'avons pas eu froid à dormir.

Pros:

La chambre spatieuse avec 3 lits confortables. La douche bien chaude avec pression. La propriétaire a accepté de garder nos bagages pendant notre visite au lac Titicaca, sans supplément.

Cons:

Nous devions partir à 6h du matin pour prendre un bus. À cette heure le petit déjeuner n'était pas préparé et il n'y avait pas de boisson, alors que la propriétaire nous avait dit qu'elle aurait tout préparé.

Buena calidad-precio
Pros:

La ubicación del hotel era cercana a la plaza de armas. La señora que nos atendió era muy amable, como teníamos que madrugar al día siguiente y no podíamos desayunar nos hizo un pequeño picnic.
Las camas eran muy cómodas y espaciosas.

Cons:

Nada. Como comentario hay que recordar que no hay ascensor.

Clean and comfortable basic accommodations.
Pros:

We stayed in the triple room with private bath. Very comfortable firm beds with plenty of blankets to stay warm. They also offered a portable heater for the room but we didn’t need it. Big wall of windows overlooking the street scene below. Breakfast was excellent with fresh fruit, eggs, quinoa pancakes, bread and juice and coffee. Owners were very friendly and helped us reserve a ride to the Juliaca airport. Located a couple blocks from the main square.

Cons:

Everything was good at the hotel but for some reason Booking prompted them to charge us the 18% VAT tax that Peruvian nationals must pay. I’m trying to sort that out with booking since it appears to be an issue on their end and not the hotel’s fault.
