It was not clear what the housekeeping service was, and no one ever checked with us about that. I happened to catch a cleaner one day to get more bath tissue, but if a renter is supposed to provide that (and other usual items), it should be made clear. The microwave was confusing to work - instructions would have been appreciated. The coffeemaker uses strange coffee “balls” rather than the more common pods, which are easily found in any grocery. When I emailed about it, I was told to get them at a grocery store, but I never could find any.
Right after checking in, I reported one bathroom light was out. It was never replaced, which made the bathroom pretty dark for shaving, makeup, etc. Please sharpen the kitchen knives! Also, please note that a refrigerator is included in all rooms (that was not listed in the amenities and is important to know for food, medication, beverages etc.)
The property is farther from public transportation than we were expecting. Other than the very expensive restaurant downstairs, other restaurants are a few blocks away. For anyone with physical disabilities, this can be problematic.
Not having an on-site front desk is ok until you don’t get the requested services, and there’s no one to inquire with.

It was not clean: floor, bathroom and couch were dirty.

Zlepšit určitě uklid, prach a nečistota v koupelně. V bytě byl pouze jeden wc papír, žadny náhradní, žádné tablety do myčky, rozbitá sklenice na víno uložená k kuchyňské lince…

Well.... unfortunately upon inspecting my room closer, I found several problems that can relate to negligence and design errors.
First, I found spider webs and remains of it in several crevices on the ceiling.
Second, the soundproofing was actually acceptable on the window sides (minus of course when a plane lands or takes off since the airport is close but I can't fault the owner(s) for this), but there was little to no soundproofing on the door side since I heard every single step and conversation through it.
Third, which is the poor design element of this apartment, was that there were "vents" in 2 or 3 places on the ceiling that I don't know the exact purpose of but when someone uses the WC, water taps or faucet the floor above you, I heard little muffled, yet quite loud water noises from these "vents" which needless to say degraded the quality of my stay.
I just hope the Amanthos Team will take these criticisms constructively and use it to improve future guests' stay!

Wir waren schon davor zwei mal dort. Und damals war alles sehr gut. Leider haben wir diesmal eine etwas unangenehme Erfahrung gemacht. Doch das Personal war sofort erreichbar, deshalb war das Problem auch sofort gelöst.
