Pros:

The place it's self ,,it's seems old room but still good for its price and it's family room also good location walking distance to everywhere in the old Quarter ,near to the restaurant and crafts beer hubs which we very like ...and

Cons:

The staff, very poor communication .
The staff is unpleasant , they don't want to engage to a communication ,as a tourist of course we need some help to the receptionist atleast also the airconditioner so low good thing there's a fan it's helps the heat .... But overall stay it's good ! But not the staff !

I enjoyed my stay and I would stay there again.
Pros:

It checked all my boxes

Cons:

The elevator controls were not working properly making me feel quite uncomfortable riding the lift. I’m sure it will be corrected.

Proximité du lac du vieux centre.
Nous etions une famille de 4 et la chambre etait spacieuse.
La proprietaire a été tres serviable et arrangeante.
Je recommande.

Amazing stay! The staff were incredibly welcoming, the room was spotless and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. Great location and excellent service throughout—highly recommend and would definitely come back!
