A simpatia e disponibilidade dos colaboradores. O quarto tinha kitchenette equipa e a oferta de chá e café. O pequeno almoço variado e de qualidade. O espaço do quarto, sala casa de banho eram otimos.

Pros:

A localização do hotel junto á praia e com um restaurante bem perto (recomendo muito o restaurante) uma boa escolha para quem optar por não alugar carro e preferir ficar sempre pelo hotel.
O pequeno almoço também era bom.
Quando voltar a Porto Santo voltarei a ficar aqui hospedado.

Nice relaxing stay not too far from the beach
Pros:

The hotel is located not too far from the beach (walking distance) and has a lovely pool. The rooms are spacious, the location is quiet and the property does not have too many rooms, so it never looks too crowded. The people who work there are lovely and always happy to help! Overall it is a very comfortable hotel for a very reasonable price.

Cons:

Some aspects of the hotel need a bit more care, like outside furniture, cleanliness of the bathroom, quality of the breakfast which could be a bit better. Doors and shutters make a lot of noise and/or don't always close properly.

Late season self catering stay
Pros:

Comfy beds, good bathroom and shower, nice beach

Cons:

Offered unit near noisy road, had to request alternative
Door handle falls off
Dishwasher catches on kickboard plinth, had to remove
No plug in kitchen sink, and no hot water
Two enormous saucepans, no small ones
Only 2 of each crockery item but only 2 dishwasher tablets for the 4- night stay. Have to take items from the breakfast room
One hour walk to the only decent supermarket.
Only 2 coffee pods provided, no cafetiere
No washing up cloth or liquid or scrubber
Kettle only works with careful positioning
Bedroom light faulty
TV has only local channels, and can't access rear to plug anything in
Uncomfortable sofa, sticky on bare legs
Noisy cleaners carts
Bar is closed due to impending end of season
Porto Santo is barren, has too many hotels and lacks any history or culture.

Quartos espaçosos. Staff muito simpático. Bom pequeno almoço. Muito silencioso

Ar na canalização o que levava à falha da água e barulho ao abrir as torneiras.

Pros:

Location if you want to relax recharge this is the place the food was great and location to the beach a bit distance to centre but if you drive or have motorbike then great

Da tranquilidade, alojamento espaçoso com limpeza cuidada e simpatia dos colaboradores.

Cons:

Praia um pouco distante e acesso pouco cuidado.
O equipamento de cozinha facultado é reduzido era útil ter, pelo menos, um microondas e uma torradeira, para além do fogão e forno existentes.
