Quiet stay 1 train stop and 7 min walk from the city action.
Pros:

I liked it was in a quiet neighborhood one train stop from Shinjuku and maybe a 7 min walk. I liked my room had a kitchen and laundry washing machine in the room. The owners were super nice and polite. The stairway is a bit narrow and there is no elevator for the upstairs room. Additionally, the room was very small, but if you want a bed or two, private bathroom and kitchenette, this room will get you there. Oh and they had bottled wall complimentary at front counter.

Cons:

Room was kind of small. That was about it.

立地もよく、快適に過ごせました！
Pros:

大久保駅から近く、周辺に飲食店やコンビニも多いので、とても便利でした。夜遅くに戻ってきても人通りがあり、安心して過ごせました。部屋は思っていたより静かで、ベッドの寝心地もよかったです。スタッフの対応も丁寧で、チェックインからチェックアウトまで特に困ることはありませんでした。東京に来るときは、またここに泊まりたいと思います。

Excelente opción en un barrio tranquilo y a la vez cerca del bullicio de Shinjuku.
Pros:

El personal es sumamente amable, siempre estuvieron muy atentos y nos dieron unos caramelos de bienvenida, lo cual fue un bonito detalle. Muchas habitaciones tienen lavadora y además existe lavadoras y secadoras comunes, así que si viajas ligero como nosotros esta es una gran ventaja.
La ubicación es muy buena, quizá no la mejor, ya que la estación más cercana esta a unos 500 metros por un callejón que por las noches es oscuro, aunque ya sabemos que en Japón la seguridad no es un problema.
Nuestra habitación contaba con todo lo necesario y más para una estancia de varios días, como frigobar, microondas y hasta cocineta.

Cons:

El establecimiento es de 3 pisos aunque no existe ascensor, lo cual es un punto a considerar si se viaja con adultos mayores, aunque el personal siempre estuvo muy atento para ayudarnos a subir y bajar nuestro equipaje al momento del check in y check out, y ofrecernos agua al llegar debido al calor del verano en Tokyo.

駅から近く、周辺には飲食店やコンビニも多いため、とても便利な立地でした。お部屋は広くて清潔で、ベッドも快適だったので、滞在中はゆっくり過ごすことができました。

スタッフの皆さんも親切で、質問やお願いにも丁寧に対応してくださいました。家族やグループで東京を訪れる方にもおすすめです。また東京に来る際は、ぜひ宿泊したいと思います。

Perfektes Quartier für einen mehrtägigen Tokio-Aufenthalt!
Pros:

Die Lage ist unschlagbar: super zentral, in U- und S-Bahn-Nähe und trotzdem in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Zimmer sind dementsprechend ruhig. Das Personal ist entgegenkommend und hilfsbereit.

Uns fällt nichts Negatives ein!

場所がわかりにくかった。

Cons:

ホテルの基本である寝具（寝間着など）もなく、アメニティ類もない、枕、シーツなども黄ばんでいる。今までで1番酷いホテルでした。安かろう悪かろうの典型。
