I enjoyed our stay and would book again if in the area.
Pros:

The room was clean and great for our party. The location was as described.

Cons:

Check in is very crowded. I would have liked if we were offered supplies during check-in. Going back to get things is not ideal. A broom would be great because of the sand.

Pros:

The breakfast was very nice and enjoyable. Donna did
a fabulous job , her work is above and beyond. And she was so incredibly kind.
Maria at check and check out was very professional and made my experience one to remember. She has a great smile and personality, She is the person I would want at my front desk. She couldn’t have done more.

Would never stay here again. Waited in line for 1.5 hours to check in

Was close to beach, shopping and restaurants

Cons:

Very unfriendly staff!
No where on the booking.com website did it state that there was a different location to check in .
Walked around with my family in the dark with luggage trying to find where to check in.

There were no hangers Room was very dirty. Service is terrible. The reception woman is extremely rude. Breakfast is terrible
