Location was excellent! Right across from the tram station . Lovely shops & restaurants nearby. The staff were exceptional.The beds & linen were exceptional! Hussain at the reception was amazing! He was very helpful & always kind .
The Kent Hotel organized transport ftom the airport to the hotel upon arrival which was the best thing as we had zero stress upon arrival. When we moved across to the Asian side, Uskudar to experience that side of Istanbul the Kent organized a taxi to take us across.
Ww will definitely be staying at the Kent Hotel on our next visit.

It's very difficult to find good Hotel with high quality service in Istanbul. Kent - was the best choice! Front Office Manager very professional, kind and nice person. To tell the truth, all Reception Staff trained well and they have very good example. Never had issues with check in and check out, and during stay they are ready to help. Luggage Porter will help you to check the suitcases weight and will take care of your Luggage, if you need so. Rooms cleanliness and set up amazing and up to standard. Bed very big wit good quality mattress, white new linen, soft comfy pillows. It the bedroom you will have coffee/tea facilities, TV, Air-conditioning, very cozy armchair, beautiful dyzain of the room, a lot of sockets, enough lights. Bathroom set up with shower cubic or bath tub, very fluffy and white colour towels, all amenities. Bathroom very clean , no mould and bad smell. Water pressure really good. Housekeeping Team doing amazing work! Bravo!
Breakfast very delicious and definitely you will put so easy extra kg😁 Breakfast Staff taking care of every guest, especially children. Hotel location close to all famous places. If you need tram, it's front of the Hotel.
